Bishop Leon Benjamin and Ann Vandersteel talk about America waking up to the truth – Brighteon.TV
By Ramon Tomey // Sep 30, 2021

Bishop Leon Benjamin of the Virginia-based New Life Harvest Church talks about America's awakening with podcast host Ann Vandersteel. The "Steel Truth" host joined the pastor on the Sept. 27 edition of his program "B-alert News" airing on Brighteon.TV. According to Vandersteel, the different crises America is facing have the unexpected outcome of showing the truth to people.

Benjamin first asks how and why America's love for Jesus Christ fell by the wayside and where did Americans go wrong. He cites the song "After The Love Has Gone" by Earth, Wind and Fire as an illustration of how Americans went away from Christ's love. The song's lyrics state: "After the love has gone, what used to be right is wrong; can love that's lost be found?"

The pastor continues asking: "What happened? What went wrong? Did America make a wrong turn?" However, he expresses optimism that America will find its way back. "I believe that there is still hope. There is a way that we can come back to God … [and] fall in love with Jesus again," Benjamin says.

Vandersteel then provides an answer to Benjamin's question. "You say where did we go wrong. [We] took a left turn and … Hollywood took over, [alongside] the demons that have cast a spell on all those people," she says. The "Steel Truth" host adds that because of this, she has stopped following pop culture – to the point of avoiding regular supermarkets where she buys food. "I just know that I don't [want to] be a part of it," Vandersteel says.

But she once again encounters pop culture when she reads about news featuring musicians Nicki Minaj and Rihanna. The two recording artists have recently called on people to question the system.

Minaj has urged Americans to "open their eyes" following her ban from Twitter. She questions the Wuhan coronavirus (COVID-19) vaccines, alleging that an acquaintance of hers has become "impotent" after getting the shot. "You should be able to ask questions about anything you're putting inside your body," Minaj says in defense of health freedom. Meanwhile, Rihanna has worn a shirt with a print that says "think while it's still legal" – a subtle jab at Hollywood propaganda. Vandersteel: Truth is the "greatest equalizer"

Vandersteel believes Minaj and Rihanna questioning the narrative is something to be optimistic about. She tells Benjamin: "I think Hollywood is waking up, which means Satan's spell that's being cast over these people is being broken." The "Steel Truth" host adds that people starting to question things is a sign that the U.S. "is getting ready to turn around and come back to Jesus."

She adds: "Sad to say, these people will reach more people than us – and that's okay as long as we can save them. [We] know Jesus is our savior. I think this country's gonna be alright."

In addition, Vandersteel touches on how the truth safeguards Americans from the establishment's propaganda and lies. "Truth is the great equalizer. [When] people finally get facts and truth, they wield a mighty sword – and I think America is starting to wield that mighty sword and [people are] starting to prop themselves up," she tells Benjamin. Vandersteel continues: "You know, it's like [in the letter to the Ephesians] – put on the armor of God. America's now [putting on] the armor of God and putting down the propaganda."

The host of "Steel Truth," which airs Mondays to Fridays on Brighteon.TV, mentions the COVID-19 pandemic having a silver lining. According to her, it has awakened more American families to the truth. "[They] sent people home with their families … and they didn't think about the consequences of their demonic actions. We connected with the family, we found strength in that, and we said 'We can't just watch this mainstream media, let's start surfing the web.' And [families] started to find people all over the place that were presenting truth with facts and open-source material," Vandersteel says. (Related: Media, social media propaganda collusion to censor truth has backfired as multiple "conspiracy theories" have been proven true over the last few days.)

Furthermore, Vandersteel notes that the grievances mentioned in the Declaration of Independence mirror America's current predicaments. She says that these grievances serve as "the playbook for the Deep State." She adds: "It's the same things over again because these Satanic demons are not smart, they don't have an original thought, they just repeat history and they think we're too stupid to see it. Well, guess what – we're awake."
