Magnitude 7.3 earthquake strikes off Fukushima in Japan, tsunami warning issued.
We are still waiting for more information to come in, but it is the same area where a powerful quake shook the country for nearly six minutes on March 11, 2011.
More than 20-thousand people died or went missing that day. The quake also damaged the Fukushima nuclear reactor, knocking out the cooling system and causing a reactor fuel meltdown. Deadly radiation leaked into the sea and surrounding area.
It was the worst nuclear disaster since the Chernobyl incident in 1986.
