The Federal Government, since 1999, has been actively collecting, preparing and storing massive amounts of medical and emergency supplies. According to SHTF.com, a half a billion dollars per year has been spent stockpiling these items. An agency called the Public Health Emergency Countermeasures Enterprise (PHECE) is the overseer of the project. They coordinate with the usual cast of alphabet agencies – the Center for Disease Control (CDC), Federal Drug Administration (FDA), the National Institutes of Health (NIH) – and others too numerous to list.
The CDC appears to bear the ultimate responsibility for transporting these vital medicines and materials to affected populations. But their website lists only three public health emergencies: “Terrorist attack, flu outbreak, earthquake. . .” What about a nuclear strike, T-4 tornados, a West Coast tsunami, an Ebola outbreak, an asteroid hit, a man made biological bacteria or weaponized virus? And there’s another caveat. These supplies will be delivered only if an emergency is “severe enough to cause local supplies to run out.”
The public isn’t told where these stockpiles are, but we’re told not to worry because the CDC has a plan. Their emergency “12-hour Push packages” can be rushed onto planes or cargo trucks within 12 hours of a federal decision to send them out. Okay, no worries. Your destroyed town just has to run out of medical supplies, so whoever is alive contacts the Feds. In 12 hours they’ll call back and report if your neighborhood can get the goods in another 12 hours.
The PHECE and the CDC do not make any mention of a grid down situation where there is no gasoline, no planes, no food, no cargo trucks, no running water, no ATMs, no phones, no WIFI, no computers and no chance of ever getting to your location. Their secret stashes of antibiotics, iodine tablets, water, chemical antidotes, bandages, burn and wound care supplies, IV fluids, antivirals, vaccines and whatever else may be life saving will be kept from you and neatly tucked in a deep underground base. Who knows, maybe that’s where they are already. And that’s why they’re secret.
While the PHECE and CDC chatter on about how they are going to save you and your families from “selected” emergencies, a very disturbing report has been released about other government stockpiles that you wouldn’t want delivered within a thousand miles of your hometown. The report’s title is “The Militarization of America,” and it was crafted by American Transparency, an independent consortium claiming no political affiliation. FreedomFighters.com asks this question:
“Why does The Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service need .308 caliber rifles, night vision goggles, propane cannons, liquid explosives, pyro supplies, buckshot, LP gas cannons, drones, remote controlled helicopters, thermal cameras, and military waterproof thermal infrared scopes?”
We know a little about the ramping up of military arms in police departments and County Sheriff’s offices. Those scenes of martial law in Boston, or the massive police/military presence in Ferguson and Baltimore demonstrated tyranny’s force and fury. But the report by FreedomFighters.com declared that 67 federal agencies – including The Department of Education, United States Mint, The Bureau of Engraving and Printing, Small Business Administration (SBA), the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, and many others who have nothing to do with defense or policing received ” stockpiles of guns, ammunition and military-style equipment to the tune of $1.48 billion,” as reported by CBS News. This happened between 2006 and 2014. Are you still sleeping?
