Asheville, North Carolina, lies in ruins. Roads that stood for a century are gone. Bridges that weathered countless storms have vanished. Rivers, swollen to 27 feet above historic levels, have swallowed entire towns.
For Francesco Garripoli, a seasoned hurricane survivor and Qigong teacher, the devastation wrought by Hurricane Helene was unlike anything he's ever witnessed — and he believes it wasn't natural.
Garripoli, who has lived through hurricanes in Florida, cyclones in Hong Kong and storms in Hawaii, described the destruction in Asheville as "beyond nightmares."
In an exclusive "Health Ranger Report" interview with Mike Adams of Brighteon.com, he painted a chilling picture of a disaster that defies natural explanation.
"This is not a natural occurrence," he insisted, pointing to eerie patterns that suggest something far more sinister.
Days before Hurricane Helene made landfall, Garripoli observed an unusual phenomenon: the skies above Asheville were crisscrossed with dense chemtrails.
"I've never seen so many chemtrails in one instance in my life," the internationally recognized senior Qigong teacher recalled. The timing was suspicious. Three days later, the storm hit with unprecedented ferocity.
Garripoli's observations align with growing concerns about geoengineering and weather manipulation. Researchers like Dane Wigington of Geoengineering Watch have long warned that atmospheric ionization and other technologies could be used to steer or intensify storms.
"When you see a storm make drastic turns that aren’t based on wind currents, water currents or other natural things, something is going on," Garripoli said.
The aftermath of Hurricane Helene has left Asheville and surrounding areas in chaos. Towns like Marshall, built to withstand a 19-foot river surge after a 1916 storm, were obliterated by waters rising 27 feet.
Marshall, a beautiful old town with lots of brick buildings from the late 1800s to the early 1920s, was washed away according to Garripoli.
The human toll is staggering. Garripoli estimates the death count is far higher than the official figure of 200. (Related: Hurricane Helene death toll now over 200 as disaster relief operations continue)
"From what I've heard firsthand, the extrapolation number should be much higher," he said. Bodies have been found in trees, and entire communities remain cut off by collapsed roads and bridges.
Garripoli's retreat center, Wuji Mountain, stands as a beacon of resilience. Built with foresight and self-sufficiency in mind, the property boasts underground utilities, a 545-foot-deep well and a backup generator.
"We don't wait for emergencies to be prepared," he said. His preparedness allowed him to assist neighbors, providing water and resources to those in need.
Yet, many in the area were caught off guard. Garripoli lamented the fact that people have been conditioned to depend on big government and corporations that they stopped thinking about being sovereign and self-dependent.
Garripoli's message is clear: Humanity must wake up.
"We're no longer in a natural environment," he warned taking note that hurricanes are now being engineered. "If we're in that kind of world, you better prep. You better think clearly about your position in this world."
He emphasized the importance of community and self-reliance.
"Chaos breeds creation," Garripoli said while adding that when people get pushed, they either fall prey to their conditioning or rise to the occasion.
For now, Asheville remains a stark reminder of nature's – or humanity's – capacity for destruction. But for Garripoli, the storm is also a call to action.
"Don't let a good disaster go to waste," he said while stressing that people should learn from the challenges and hone their skills.
