Walmart, America’s largest private employer, drops anti-white DEI policies as activist Robby Starbuck slays another corporate woke program
By Ethan Huff // Nov 28, 2024

Conservative activist and filmmaker Robby Starbuck has some good news to share about the collapse of the diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) industry.

The latest corporate player to ditch DEI is Walmart, America's largest private employer. Starbuck is excited about Walmart's decision because this means the "woke" agenda will no longer take precedence there, which will in turn set a precedent for its competitors to also follow.

"Walmart is ending their woke policies," Starbuck tweeted. "I can now exclusively tell you what's changing and how it happened."

"Last week I told execs at @Walmart that I was doing a story on wokeness there. Instead we had productive conversations to find solutions ... I have to give their executives major credit because this will send shockwaves throughout corporate America. This is the biggest win yet for our movement to end wokeness in corporate America."

The changes Walmart is making include the following:

Surveys:

Walmart will no longer participate in the Human Rights Campaign's (HRC) woke Corporate Equality Index.

Products:

Walmart will keep a close eye on its marketplace to identify and remove all inappropriate sexual and / or transgender products marketed to children.

Funding of grants:

Walmart will review all funding of Pride and other events to avoid funding inappropriate sexualized content aimed at children.

Equity:

Walmart will not be extending its Racial Equity Center, which it established in 2020 as a special five-year initiative to discriminate against whites.

Supplier diversity:

Walmart will evaluate its supplier diversity programs to ensure they do not give preferential treatment and benefits to suppliers based on their commitment to anti-white principals. Walmart is also axing all quotas and adjusting its financing eligibility to include everyone, not just certain demographics.

LatinX:

Walmart will no longer be using this term in its official communications.

Trainings:

Walmart will discontinue all racial equity training through its Racial Equity Institute.

DEI:

Walmart will no longer use the term DEI and says it is committed to ensuring a respectful and supportive environment for everyone, not just non-whites. Walmart's focus is on "belonging" for all associates and customers.

Amazon and Target need to take notice

What makes this news so massive is the fact that Walmart is a huge corporation with more than 1.6 million employees. The company's market cap hovers around $800 billion, meaning what it does in the corporate world spills over across the entire sector.

With a valuation of more than $2 trillion, Walmart is changing the game by getting rid of anti-white policies that for far too long have given unfair precedent to certain people based on their skin color or ancestry.

"I'm happy to have secured these changes before Christmas when shoppers have very few large retail brands they can spend money with who aren't pushing woke policies," Starbuck says.

"Companies like Amazon and Target should be very nervous that their top competitor dropped woke policies first. I think Target specifically will suffer serious sales problems as a result and Walmart will benefit."

Starbuck and his team know now that it is entirely possible to shift back the tide of DEI, reversing the anti-white positions of corporate executives and their handlers who tried, but failed, to turn corporate America against white people.
