Rapper Kanye West is currently facing allegations of drugging and raping his former assistant at a party thrown by Sean "Diddy" Combs. Lauren Pisciotta, West's former assistant, who already sued West earlier in June, has now updated her lawsuit with these new accusations.
Court documents have revealed that in June, Pisciotta previously accused West of "sexual harassment, breach of contract and wrongful termination" during her time as his assistant in 2021. The rapper's messages at the time implied that he wanted to engage in sexual activities with Pisciotta.
In the previous complaint, Pisciotta said that West hired her as his "Executive Assistant/Personal Assistant" in 2021, adding that the rapper offered her an annual salary of $1 million if she was available to him "24/7." She accepted and became West's full-time employee.
Pisciotta claimed that, at the time, she was making $1 million annually from her OnlyFans account and through her other social media platforms. While the rapper initially had no objection to her OnlyFans account, by 2022 he allegedly said that he wanted Pisciotta to be "God-like."
West also told her to delete her account in exchange for $1 million. When she deleted her account, Pisciotta added that she received several explicit messages from the rapper.
In another disturbing claim, the lawsuit described an incident that allegedly happened during an overnight flight to Paris. Other Yeezy employees were also on the flight, the lawsuit alleges.
According to Pisciotta, West closed the door to his room on the plane with only the two of them inside. Pisciotta claimed that West then laid down on his bed while she took a seat across from him. The rapper then started to pleasure himself under the covers until he fell asleep.
The lawsuit stated that sometime in September 2022, Pisciotta was promoted to chief of staff for West's different companies. She was also promised to receive a $3 million bonus after her promotion.
But in October 2022, Pisciotta claimed she was fired and allegedly offered a $3 million severance package, which she agreed to. However, she did not receive the money.
In addition to sexual harassment, breach of contract and wrongful termination, Pisciotta also sued West and his affiliated Yeezy companies for "fraud, unpaid wages and intentional infliction of emotional distress."
In the updated lawsuit, Pisciotta said she was drugged and raped by West. She also said that he confessed to these acts.
The lawsuit details how Pisciotta met West after he invited her and "an unnamed artist management client" to a studio session. West also later invited her to a party hosted by Combs. At Diddy's, Pisciotta said West insisted that everyone needed to have a drink if they wanted to stay. He then gave Pisciotta a drink.
After taking several sips of her beverage, Pisciotta claimed she began to feel "disorientated."
The revised lawsuit claims that West's former assistant felt like she lost control of her body and speech. Pisciotta also claimed to be "too traumatized and disturbed to speak about that night," which didn't help her case as she was unable to discuss details about the incident.
She claimed that West talked about that night to her after several years. West allegedly admitted that they "did kind of hook up," and that he provided details about what happened.
West has yet to respond to the allegations in Pisciotta's updated lawsuit.
But while West has not addressed the new allegations, he previously refuted the claims in Pisciotta's initial June lawsuit. The rapper's lawyer dismissed them as "baseless" to TMZ and accused Pisciotta of "blackmail and extortion."
While Combs is named in the amended case filing as co-host of the studio event on the night of the alleged incident, Pisciotta has not made any accusations against him.
Diddy is currently being held in a Brooklyn jail. He is awaiting trial after his Sept. 16 arrest on sex trafficking and racketeering.
