OUT OF TOUCH: Dem VP pick Tim Walz visits Alex Soros at his Manhattan penthouse
By Ramon Tomey // Sep 30, 2024

Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz, the Democratic vice presidential nominee, has paid a visit to Alex Soros at the globalist's luxury penthouse in Manhattan.

The chief executive of the North Star State stopped by the globalist's penthouse suite on Sept. 24. "Honored to host Gov. Walz at my home in New York City," Alex, the son of Hungarian globalist billionaire George Soros, wrote on X. The globalist scion posed for photo ops alongside Walz, with a view of the Big Apple's skyline.

InfoWars pointed out that Walz's visit to the younger Soros' home "was panned by conservatives as tone-deaf and out of touch, given Walz's political shtick has been about connecting with rural middle-class Americans."

The Minnesota governor's meeting with the Open Society Foundations (OSF) chairman was the second time both men crossed paths. During the Democratic National Convention (DNC) in Chicago last month, Alex posted pictures of him and the running mate of Vice President Kamala Harris.

The globalist's pictures from the DNC also featured Huma Abedin, deputy chief of staff to former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton. Abedin was formerly married to erstwhile U.S. Rep. Anthony Weiner (D-NY), who was embroiled in a sexting scandal. She and the younger Soros got engaged in 2024.

"Walz's decision to court Alex is bold, given his father [George is] considered to be one of the most polarizing progressive figures in American politics," InfoWars continued.

According to the outlet, George often utilizes the OSF's war chest to fund "the campaigns of soft-on-crime [district attorneys], violence groups like Antifa and Black Lives Matter, open-border NGOs [and] online censorship groups." More recently, he purchased hundreds of radio stations in the U.S., which can be used to influence the upcoming November elections. Walz is just a puppet on a string

Several conservative commentators put in their two cents on Walz's visit to the younger Soros.

Greg Price of Para Bellum News wrote on X: "This guy goes around saying he's a small town, Midwestern guy who understands the struggles of the middle class – and then goes to hang out at the floating home in the sky of the world's biggest billionaire nepo baby."

Chuck Ross of the Washington Free Beacon also chimed in, agreeing with Price's take. "Nothing screams Midwestern folksy like a billionaire penthouse view of Manhattan," he sarcastically wrote.

Jerry Dunleavy, author and former senior investigator at the House Foreign Affairs Committee, argued that there is a more sinister purpose behind the visit. "A post like this does nothing to help Harris and Walz win. If anything, it hurts them," he wrote on X. "So why would [Alex] Soros post something like this? To publicly signal his power and influence within the next would-be presidential administration."

For entrepreneur and former Republican presidential candidate Vivek Ramaswamy, Walz is just a puppet on a string – with the Soroses serving as his masters. "If you squint, you can see the strings on the marionette," he remarked.
