Clinical psychologist Jordan Peterson has criticized Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau for his Liberal administration's decision to openly celebrate Pride Month.
On June 1, the prime minister's official account on the social media platform X, formerly Twitter, posted to celebrate the beginning of Pride Month.
"As festivities and events kick off #PrideSeason, we continue to stand with 2SLGBTQI+ communities and allies and work toward building an inclusive future where everyone is free to be who they are and love who they love – openly and proudly. #Pride2024," the official account wrote.
In response to the post, Peterson argued that the event celebrates "casual, hedonistic, self-centered sex" rather than love. (Related: Pride month is a cynical exercise in state-enforced homosexuality.)
"Dear @JustinTrudeau and @liberal_party: the celebration of casual, hedonistic self-centered sex is not the celebration of love," Peterson posted. "Pride is not a festival of love. It’s a festival of pride. That’s why it’s called Pride. I believe people when they say what they mean. And now it's a whole bloody season. Not a parade. Not a day. Not a week. Not a month. A season. Why? Because self-absorbed narcissists have no limits. The outer edge of no limits is where the real monsters live. A warning."
Peterson accused Trudeau of backing the "worst medical scandal ever"
Aside from Peterson's criticism of X, he also recently accused Trudeau of participating in the "worst medical scandal ever" by continuously endorsing transgender ideology without banning puberty blockers for children with gender dysphoria.

In Canada, the Trudeau administration promotes transgender and gender ideology through initiatives like the "2SLGBTQI+ Action Plan," which allocates CA$100 million ($72.5 million) over five years for related causes.
Additionally, the Trudeau government passed Bill C-4, banning "conversion therapy" and penalizing anyone who attempts to help individuals, including minors, with gender confusion or unwanted same-sex attraction, with up to five years in prison.
However, in May, the British National Health Service (NHS) decided to effectively ban the prescription of puberty blockers to individuals under 18 in the United Kingdom. The NHS emergency ban restricts the prescription of puberty blockers to minors in England, Wales and Scotland until at least Sept. 3. This restriction also applies to prescriptions from private providers within the UK, as well as those registered in the European Economic Area (EEA) or Switzerland.
The decision led Peterson to once again use his social media platform to directly address Trudeau's decision to continue supporting transgenderism and LGBTQI+ ideology.
"Do you see this, you son of a b----? @JustinTrudeau," Peterson posted on X on May 30. "It’s time for the liars and the butchers not only to be stopped but to be prosecuted. There is absolutely no excuse for what has been done on the ‘trans’ front. It is the worst medical scandal ever, I believe. In the same category as the medical ‘experiments’ under the Japanese and the Nazis in the 30s and 40s."
