Health and wellness coach Mike Vera stressed the importance of critical thinking and a healthy sense of skepticism during his Aug. 29 appearance on "Right Now with Ann Vandersteel" on Brighteon.TV.
"Our natural inclination to really outsource our thinking can definitely get us into trouble with our health. That's why I think we should have a healthy sense of skepticism" he told program host Ann Vandersteel. "I'm not saying become a crazy paranoid maniac, but we should definitely question the information that's put in front of us – especially given what happened in the past few years."
According to Vera, Americans are also being poisoned by the media. He explained: "I think that's a big part of the problem. Even beyond the media, really the information. There's something that's happened in this country where people have been conditioned to outsource their thinking to the experts."
He also reiterated that skepticism paired with critical thinking should provide the answer to everything. Vandersteel agreed, adding that Americans need to ask questions, especially with the explosion of new media.
Vera, the founder of Red Pill Health & Wellness, also advised Americans to look at the history of the pharmaceutical industry – which reveals several reasons why people shouldn't trust Big Pharma. He lamented that some people dismiss the horrible things that the pharmaceutical industry has done even though it is clear that it does not have people's best interests in mind.

The Brighteon.TV host, meanwhile, noted that Big Pharma's deception played out in the last three years of the Wuhan coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. The use of remdesivir to slaughter hundreds of thousands of hospitalized Americans serve as a testament to this swindle. In response to Vandersteel's question about what Americans should do when presented with the next shiny object, Vera advised them to look out for red flags. One such red flag is when authority figures or media institutions are all saying the same thing, he added.
Moreover, Vera warned Americans not to trust information coming from well-known liars. His advice is of much importance, given that the government is trying to bring back masks and lockdowns for a new round of COVID-19 tyranny. He also named infectious disease expert Dr. Anthony Fauci, who has gained a reputation for his flip-flopping stances on COVID-19, as one such liar.
People should also learn how to spot propaganda, especially when they are used to target certain areas of the population to shape their perspectives and behaviors. According to the health coach, many Americans fail to address the information in their environment because they just let ideas pour into their heads when they open up their phones or turn on their TV.
"One of the best things that people can do toward the steps of critical thinking is to acknowledge the fact that they do have this influence everywhere in their environment," Vera said.
