The FBI's refusal to follow the law, which is really nothing new, has prompted Rep. James Comer (R-Ky.), chairman of the House Oversight Committee, to launch proceedings to hold FBI Director Christopher Wray in contempt.
"Today, the FBI informed the Committee that it will not provide the unclassified documents subpoenaed by the Committee," Comer said. "The FBI's decision to stiff-arm Congress and hide this information from the American people is obstructionist and unacceptable."
"While I have a call scheduled with FBI Director Wray tomorrow to discuss his response further, the Committee has been clear in its intent to protect Congressional oversight authorities and will now be taking steps to hold the FBI Director in contempt of Congress for refusing to comply with a lawful subpoena. Americans deserve the truth, and the Oversight Committee will continue to demand transparency from this nation’s chief law enforcement agency."

Scott Perry (R-Pa.), chairman of the House Freedom Caucus, added to the conversation that he thinks Wray should be sent to the congressional brig for refusing to cooperate with Congress by procuring the Biden probe member as required by law.
"We can't press charges, but we certainly can refer charges," Perry said. "And if he shows up on Capitol Hill, if he shows up in the House chamber, he can certainly end up in the brig here. I think those are harsh words, but we just can't have this defiance. The information as we understand it is not classified."
"Either he needs to comply or there needs to be severe consequences – the most extreme competent consequences that the legislative body can provide for. That's what needs to happen with an individual like him with his defiance about the truth that the American people deserve and own."
While vice president, according to an informant tip dated June 30, 2020, Biden and his crime family offered extensive "consulting" work to various foreign nations in exchange for what amounted to $5 million in cash.
Interestingly, just 17 days before this informant tip was received, Ukrainian officials held a press conference in Kyiv showing $5 million in cash that was allegedly offered as a bribe to end an investigation into a natural gas company Burisma's founder Mykola Zlochevsky.
As you may recall, drug addict Hunter Biden, the son of Joe and Jill, was employed at Burisma from 2014 to 2019. During that time, three Kyiv bureaucrats, including a current and former tax official, were arrested. An additional $1 million was then offered to an officeholder working as the middleman in the scheme.
Nazar Kholodnytsky, Ukraine's anti-corruption prosecutor, claimed during the press conference that "Biden Jr. and Biden Sr. do not appear in this particular proceeding." Two-and-a-half weeks later, however, the FBI document accusing Biden of bribery was "created or modified," according to a letter from Comer.
While the Oversight Committee has not yet confirmed the country where Biden allegedly accepted the bribe while vice president, it appears as though it was either Russia or Ukraine, and not communist China – thought the Biden Crime Family likely has other illicit dealings with the Chinese.
