The EU gave the green light this week for citizens of member countries to eat these creepy critters as food. This aligns with the World Economic Forum's (WEF) plan to phase out meat consumption for commoners, who are to be turned into human-like cattle owned and controlled by the "elite" globalists.
Mealworms can now be frozen, processed as paste, dried, or turned into powder for use in commercial food items. The same goes for house crickets, which are the globalists' preferred form of protein for their subjects.
In a press release announcing these two new approvals, EU leaders emphasized that it is still "up to consumers to decide whether they want to eat insects or not." These bug-based options serve as an "alternative source of protein" when meat, which is becoming more expensive and harder to get, is unavailable or unaffordable.

When used at approved "use levels," these newly approved bug products "do not pose any risk to human health," according to EU leaders – just so long as they are produced and consumed as outlined by the globalists.
"Food safety is the top priority for the commission," said a spokesman for the European Commission about the approval.
Rich and powerful globalists will of course never eat bugs – this is all just for the human cattle. They will continue to fly around on their private jets while gorging on lobster and steak while you and your family dig mealworms out of the garden for your dinner plate.
"If a billion people stop eating meat, I tell you, it has a big impact," said Jim Hagemann Snabe, chairman of the Germany manufacturer Siemens, during a recent panel on climate change at the WEF's annual meeting in Davos.
"I predict we will have proteins not coming from meat in the future, they will probably taste even better. They will be zero carbon and much healthier than the kind of food we eat today, that is the mission we need to get on."
Already, some schools in Wales, the Netherlands, and elsewhere are serving up insect-based "foods" to schoolchildren. This is how they are priming the next generation to accept this agenda – all while claiming it is necessary to combat "climate change" and "global warming."
Conversely, last year's United Nations COP27 climate conference in Egypt saw the elite served fancy plates containing beef, chicken, and salmon – all things that that conference's attendees' say need to be deprived from the rest of us because of the climate.
"Meat analogues such as imitation meat (from plant products), cultured meat, and insects may help in the transition to more healthy and sustainable diets," reads a 2018 report by the UN.
In the comments, someone rightfully pointed out that there is a very good reason why humans have never traditionally consumed bugs.
"It is only a matter of time before people everywhere are suffering from intestinal parasites," this person wrote. "There's a reason humans don't eat insects."
"Then they will lie to us and say it's a common thing to suffer from intestinal diseases," responded another.
