Ann Vandersteel and Ivan Raiklin discussed the plot against former President Donald Trump and former National Security Adviser Gen. Michael Flynn.

Raiklin, a retired Army officer and lawyer turned U.S. senatorial candidate for Virginia, revealed that the friction surrounding Trump began when former Vice President Mike Pence was forced to join the real estate mogul. He also disclosed during the Aug. 31 episode of "The Zelenko Report' on Brighteon.TV that a "cabal of players" was trying to create leverage over Trump.

This leverage, he told Vandersteel, sought to put Trump in a controlled box to promote the interests of the Republican Party and Democratic Party. Raiklin also rebuked the two political factions, calling them a duopoly of the two power structures in the American political system.

"Everything that has happened since then, up to the [Mar-a-Lago] raid and [its] cover up, those are the same actors. All they have been doing all the way is to be able to cover up for their initial spying on the campaign. Meaning, they need to cover up Crossfire Hurricane and Crossfire Razor."

Vandersteel, the co-chair of the Zelenko Freedom Foundation, mentioned to Raiklin that the Deep State targeted Flynn through the Crossfire Razor investigation. The probe launched by the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) unfortunately succeeded, causing the termination of the retired general. According to her, Flynn was set up – and Pence oversaw everything to ensure that it was successfully executed.

Raiklin agreed, pointing out that the Biden administration backed by former President Barack Obama wanted some sort of leverage over the national security adviser because he knows a lot of things.

In retaliation, Flynn sued the FBI and its parent agency, the Department of Justice (DOJ), over the biased investigation for $50 million. He told Epoch TV host Roman Balmakov that he is not letting the people who attempted to smear him get away with their actions. (Related: FBI, DOJ sued for $50M by General Michael Flynn over Spygate probe)

"We are going after the people that lied to not only defame my family and I, but also damaged the reputation of this country; damaged the reputation of everything that we stand for on this planet; and also damaged the institutional reputations of the U.S. intelligence community, the DOJ [and] the entire system of our rule of law," Flynn said.

Raiklin urges whistleblowers to come out and testify against the Deep State

In response to Vandersteel's question about the players who ensured Trump would not have a second term in 2020 being "absolutely nervous," Raiklin answered in the affirmative.

He added that U.S. Attorney General Merrick Garland, who heads the DOJ, had instructed all agency personnel to cease testifying before Congress and not to contact the legislative branch. Vandersteel said this development could mean no more whistleblowers will come forward – despite the existence of the Whistleblower Protection Act.

Raiklin agreed, pointing out that the plotters are trying to cause fear and concern because they are now going to face the consequences of their actions. He also cited the existence of a struggle within federal agencies. This struggle involved patriots and agents of the Deep State.

According to the senatorial candidate, the current situation is the best chance for whistleblowers to come forward. He also called on FBI Special Agent Joseph Pientka III to emerge and divulge what he knows. Pientka played a key role in the Trump-Russia scandal, which eventually led to the former president's exoneration by Special Counsel Robert Mueller.

"The truth is going to come out and people are going to look at it and look back at you and say, 'You know what, you had your opportunity. You didn't do it at the right time.' It's all about timing and now is the time. You have the chance to really save this country and get things back on track or you're going to be complicit," Raiklin said.
