Key recounted the incident to Brighteon.TV host and homeopathic practitioner Dr. Robert Scott Bell during the two-day Red Pill Expo in Indianapolis, which ran from July 9 to 10. The Vaccine Police founder had been wearing pain patches on his head during his sit-down interview with Bell.
"I actually got hit by the 'Son of Satan.' This woman, who calls [herself] the Son of Satan,' came at me at an abortion clinic. [She went] out from [inside] the clinic and hit me square with the head … with a billy stick and frickin' metal rod," said Key.
A report by Louisiana TV station KNOE 8 confirmed the incident that occurred at the Delta Clinic of Baton Rouge. The Baton Rouge Police Department (BRPD) took Key's attacker, 50-year-old Teresina Carter, into custody on July 7. The police department said she would be charged will aggravated assault and simple criminal damage to property.
According to Key, Carter approached him and asked which hospital he would like to be taken to. Key's camera then fell to the ground, which the suspect picked up and brought inside the clinic to destroy. Carter went out a second time and hit him repeatedly on the head and shoulder. Key then called 911 and BRPD officers subsequently showed up.
"I showed them the video, then they proceeded to go inside. [The clinic] said [Carter] was not an employee, which is a total lie. We know for a fact that she was still in the building," he said. The clinic did not comment on Key's visit.
A shocked Bell remarked that Carter's attack constituted assault with a deadly weapon, to which Key agreed. "It was premediated. She told everybody ahead of time what she was [going to] do," noted Key.
The Vaccine Police founder explained his visit at the Delta Clinic, arguing he was there to serve a letter from the attorney general's office reminding the clinic of the state's abortion ban.
"I went to Baton Rouge because I heard that they were continuing to do abortions because Louisiana passed a trigger law that made it illegal. [When Supreme Court reversed] Roe v. Wade, abortions automatically become illegal."
However, a judge from New Orleans issued a restraining order against the law, essentially putting it on hold. This did not dissuade Key from serving the document he had.
"I went and served [the document to] the security guard. He took it inside, and [then Carter] came out and clubbed me over the head. Anybody else in the country, if they would have taken the lick I took to the head, they would have been out 24/7."
Key suffered a concussion, a slightly torn rotator cuff and a hernia following Carter's assault on him. To this, Bell quipped that the suspect was "trying to abort [Key] many years into his life."
"She's demon-possessed. These people love abortions, Robert. I had no clue about abortions and I got this woman that told me about abortions. I knew they were wrong because that's the way I was taught and whatnot," Key answered in response to the host of "The Robert Scott Bell Show" asking about what stimulates the hostility and anger of people such as Carter.
Key urged Americans to join him in his fight against corruption, evil and government inaction.
"We need a posse; we need anybody out there who wants to help. The government [and] all of the other alphabet [agencies] don't do anything, so We The People have to stand up and speak out and get this done because they're coming for every single one of us."
