Biden using “national emergency” to allow corrupt feds to rig the 2022 midterm elections
By JD Heyes // Sep 16, 2021

The vast majority of President Donald Trump's supporters are convinced that Democrats worked behind the scenes to corrupt the 2020 election and effectively steal his reelection.

While the corrupt tech giants and 'mainstream' media "fact-check" claims that the election was stolen, they are the ones being dishonest; it is no secret that Democratic operatives and legal teams managed to convince state courts and allied secretaries of state to unconstitutionally alter voting rules ahead of the Nov. 3 election.

It doesn't matter that federal courts didn't want to hear Trump campaign challenges to those changes; the Constitution clearly empowers state legislatures and not judges and state officials to make election laws and rules, and when they were changed without state legislatures passing new laws, that is improper and illegal.

But now it appears that because Democrats got away with all of that once, they're going to go for a repeat in the upcoming 2022 midterms because they feel empowered and arrogant.

The Conservative Treehouse lays out this plan in detail, with background:

In the lead-up to the critical 2018 mid-term elections, President Trump’s political opposition needed a control mechanism in order to remove him from office and support the impeachment path. The administrative state -writ large- produced an overwhelming narrative leading to the issuance of a Executive Declaration of A National Emergency to Avoid Foreign Interference in Our Elections.

At the time the narrative was framed (mid-2018), the argument was: if President Trump did not declare the emergency, and grant the federal intelligence community the right to enter state election databases and “monitor” the activity therein, that refusal itself would be proof Donald Trump was a Russian asset. Remember, the Mueller investigation was at its apex and the office of the president was surrounded by administration officials like Mike Pence (VP), Jeff Sessions, Rod Rosenstein (DOJ), Alexander Vindman (NSC), Dana Boente (FBI), Dan Coats (DNI), Michael Attkinson (ICIG), et al; all of them carrying ulterior motives.

Trump went ahead and signed the order because he was obviously put into a position where he felt he had to. "In short, President Trump was forced by his Machiavellian captors to seal his own fate," the site reported, adding that is how it's done in D.C.

The Treehouse went on to note that a substantial number of newly elected Democrats in the 2018 midterms were former U.S. intelligence operatives -- so many, in fact, someone coined the phrase "CIA Democrats."

"Fast forward to 2020, and the same Federal Declaration of a National Election Emergency was used to support the COVID mail-in ballot narrative, while the same intelligence branch operatives coordinated with state-level political activists to manipulate the outcome," the site adds.

See how this works?

The site goes on to note that support for Biden was a mile wide and an inch deep; that is, his supporters consisted mostly of "cardboard cutouts and fake voters," and if you doubt that and believe he really did get "the most votes ever" for a president, topping 80 million, then ask how it's possible to be that much more popular than Barack Obama and still be unable to draw more than a couple hundred people to campaign events, while Trump basked in popularity so pervasive that massive boat and vehicle rallies just sprung up organically all over the country (even in deep blue places like New York City and L.A.).

So -- here we go again, only this time, the deep state will mostly be acting not to win, per se, but staunch the bleeding, and according to a recent White House declaration, the new 'national emergency' will be used as the precursor, even though the administration admits that no real threat has been identified:

Although there has been no evidence of a foreign power altering the outcomes or vote tabulation in any United States election, foreign powers have historically sought to exploit America’s free and open political system.” …  “For this reason, the national emergency declared on September 12, 2018, must continue in effect beyond September 12, 2021. Therefore, in accordance with section 202(d) of the National Emergencies Act (50 U.S.C. 1622(d)), I am continuing for 1 year the national emergency declared in Executive Order 13848 with respect to the threat of foreign interference in or undermining public confidence in United States elections.

These people are more than just evil, they are seditious. If they steal this next election, then all bets are off.
