Dave Racer says it's time for Americans to push back against President Joe Biden's tyrannical coronavirus (COVID-19) mandates.

Biden has issued several executive orders mandating that federal contractors, federal workers and most health care staff in the U.S. get the COVID-19 vaccine. Biden also asks the Department of Labor to issue a rule that requires employers with more than 100 employees to mandate vaccines or require weekly testing to avoid getting a fine.

"This is the United States of America, we the people are suffering. It is time that we say enough," says Racer during his program "America's Civics Teacher" on Brighteon.TV. "Stop, you will no longer scare us into compliance."

Racer also questions the science behind the mask mandates. Biden has always been an ardent supporter of mask-wearing. From the early days of his presidency, he has been touting the use of masks, especially among unvaccinated people. (Related: Biden demands endless mask mandates for all Americans even though masks don’t stop coronavirus spread.)

"Masks don't stop the coronavirus droplets. Neither do they stop flu droplets," says Racer. "Funny we didn't need to wear a mask when we're all getting flu, right?"

According to Racer, some politicians are employing what he calls "political science" to their advantage. "I don't mean the study of politics, but the use of politics to determine our science," he says. "I know the fear that's been developed by the politicians who are using COVID as a political hammer to get your support into whatever they want."

The vaccine mandates will affect an estimated 80 million Americans, drawing criticisms from Republican governors and some business leaders. It is likely that numerous lawsuits will be filed against the order.

GOP governors oppose Biden's vaccine mandates

Racer shares a text that he has just received saying that the Biden administration will run over GOP governors who resist vaccine mandates. At least 19 governors have already issued statements disagreeing with the administration's move.

"I fully support continued efforts to increase vaccination rates across our nation, but the federal government mandates on private businesses are not the right answer," says Arkansas Gov. Asa Hutchinson, chair of the National Governors Association.

"I have been consistent in freedom of businesses to require their employees to be vaccinated, and I have opposed the government from saying businesses cannot exercise that freedom. The same principle should protect the private sector from government overreach that requires them to vaccinate all employees."

Gov. Henry McMaster of South Carolina uses Twitter to criticize Biden's move. "Rest assured, we will fight them to the gates of hell to protect the liberty and livelihood of every South Carolinian," his post reads.

Before Biden is even finished with his announcement, Georgia Gov. Brian Kemp tweets his response. "I will pursue every legal option available to the state of Georgia to stop this blatantly unlawful overreach by the Biden administration," he writes.

One of Biden's mandates negates the executive order signed by Kemp on Aug. 19, which prohibits local governments from ordering businesses to adopt mask or vaccine mandates. The executive order bars local officials from mandating the orders, but allows private businesses to require masks or vaccines if they want to.

"Local governments will not be able to force businesses to be the city's mask police or the vaccine police," says Kemp. He adds that his executive order will ensure that businesses in Georgia "can't be punished by local governments for trying to make a living, pay their employees and save their livelihoods." (Related: Georgia bars local governments from imposing mask and vaccine mandates.)

Unfortunately for business owners in Georgia and the rest of the country, the Biden administration can.

Biden's mandates may be breaking several laws

Biden may be breaking several laws with his vaccine mandates. Most, if not all, of the COVID-19 vaccines available, are under emergency use authorization (EUA). In other words, they are experimental.

Both the Nuremberg Code and federal regulations state that no one can force a human being to participate in the experiment. Under U.S. laws, it is unlawful to deny someone a job or an education because they refuse to be an experimental subject. Potential recipients have an absolute right to refuse experimental vaccines.

"No employer can fire you for refusing vaccination," says Racer.
