Salla is also an author, and he wrote "Space Force: Our Star Trek Future, " a book that attempts to provide answers to many "critical questions about humanity’s bold emergence as an interplanetary space power."
Salla is an internationally recognized scholar in international politics, conflict resolution and U.S. foreign policy. He wrote and edited four more books, including "The Hero’s Journey Toward a Second American Century," "Essays on Peace," "Why the Cold War Ended" and "Islamic Radicalism, Muslim Nations and the West."
Salla founded the Exopolitics Institute (2005) and the Exopolitics Journal (2006). He has co-organized five international conferences on extraterrestrial life and Earth Transformation on the Big Island of Hawaii.
He is also the host of ExoNews.TV and has appeared in hundreds of radio and television shows and international conferences to talk about exopolitics and international conflict.
Salla was a professor of international politics at American University in Washington, D.C. in 2001. It was there that he took part in the press conference organized by Dr. Steven Greer. The event was an eye-opening one for Salla because it made him realize that he had a very conventional worldview at the time formed by standard peer-reviewed mainstream media and what conventional politicians were saying.
After taking part in the press conference, Salla realized that something very significant was happening behind the scenes and no one, not even universities and open-source literature, could fully explain what witnesses were talking about.
It was then that Salla recognized that there was much to discover in the field of exopolitics, or the "political implications of extraterrestrial life."
Unfortunately, Salla’s search for the truth led to him being forced out of the academe. He continued his work as an independent researcher and writer.
According to Salla, exopolitics is a mirror of what is happening on Earth: Galactic politics or exopolitics is "just as complicated and convoluted as human politics."
Even in space, the motivations of alien races are the same, ranging from the good, the bad and the in-between. When Adams asked Salla why aliens haven’t wiped out all life on Earth when humans are so destructive to the planet, the latter said that extraterrestrial races have a long history of involvement in human politics. (Related: Life on Mars: The Health Ranger talks to Mike Bara about the mysteries of the Red Planet.)
Extraterrestrials didn’t invade humans because they already took over Earth thousands of years ago, explained Salla. But it’s more of a corporate takeover instead of a hostile one.
Now, a group of more positive extraterrestrials have taken over and attempted to help humans, who may have already reached a critical point in their evolutionary history. These extraterrestrials may also believe that humans deserve the chance to join the galactic community as opposed to going through old cycles of boom and bust.
Salla believes that extraterrestrials want to help humans instead of harming them. If politicians make the right decisions, then humans might have a chance at a much brighter future instead of the current darkness humanity is suffering through right now.
Salla said that humans have a chance of having a better future and that it’s all part of the planning, particularly with the formation of the Space Force and the Artemis Accords.
Back in March 2019, the Air Force Space Command held an important workshop, which has then been renamed Space Force. The workshop involved 60 experts from America and other member states of NATO (North Atlantic Treaty Organization) to hypothesize what space would look like within the next 40 years.
The participants tried to determine what humanity would want to create and they came up with eight possible scenarios, the best one being a Star Trek future, which was the scenario participants needed to create.
According to the report, the optimal future for humanity involves three categories where the U.S. and the global expansion into space become very focused:
Salla added the former president Donald Trump was a key player in this Star Trek future since Space Command was formed in September 2019 and Space Force was formed in December of the same year.
In October 2020, the Artemis Accords were signed, laying down the foundation for a multi-national space coalition that was all designed to eventually achieve this Star Trek future for the good of humanity.
