In 2007, a Chinese scientist named Pei-Yong Shi became an Honorary Professor at the Wuhan Institute of Virology. He was trained by the People’s Republic of China with funding from Dr. Anthony Fauci and the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Disease (NIAID). Today, Pei-Yong Shi is a professor in the Department of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology at the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston. After infiltrating American universities, Pei-Yong Shi collaborated with scientists from the Chinese People’s Liberation Army, garnering patents alongside Cheng Feng Qin and the Beijing Institute of Microbiology and Epidemiology. Of special interest is a U.S. patent that was granted on August 20, 2015 for “Novel Attenuated Dengue Virus Strains for vaccine application.” In that U.S. patent application, Cheng Feng Qin listed Singapore as his work location, hiding his affiliation with the People’s Liberation Army. Despite Pei-Yong Shi's ties to the Chinese military, Fauci approved another 2021 grant to Shi for $926,569.
A Chinese patent application number 201810076027.7 dated October 26, 2018 and a second Chinese patent, WO2019144874A1, dated January 23, 2019, lists the owner as Pei-Yong Shi and the Academy of Military Sciences of the Chinese People’s Liberation Army. In the three scientific articles that support the second Chinese patent, there is a list of funding sources. Fauci and the NIAID issued four grants, AI120942, AI127744, AI073755 and AI104972, to fund these bioweapon studies for the Chinese military.
Medical researcher and IT specialist, Dr. Lawrence Sellin appeared on a recent episode of Steve Bannon’s War Room to give further details about the infiltration of the Chinese military into American institutions and government agencies such as the NIAID. “Anthony Fauci seems to still be funding gain-of-function research that has occurred within the last two years. And that the Chinese military is involved in the planning and execution of this research,” Dr. Selling said. He also revealed that Fauci has approved gain-of-function research for several years, with at least thirty scientific papers written on the matter. The Wuhan Institute of Virology’s infamous bat lady, Dr. Shi Zhengli, even thanked Dr. Fauci for funding her coronavirus gain-of-function research projects. Dr. Sellin also pointed to a 2021 study showing how Fauci still approves gain-of-function research to this day, engineering viruses that attack not just the lungs, but the brain and the central nervous system as well.
“Let me first just say that there’s no question COVID-19 comes from the laboratory. I think the only thing we need to determine now is: How it was released, whether it was an accident or intentional,” said Dr. Selling. Fauci and the NIAID provided four grants that funded a project that mutated a benign virus into something more deadly. By the time the world catches up to the crime ring, populations could likely face new bioweapon releases that target other systems of the human body.
After all, these revelations about Fauci’s gain-of-function money trail come at a time when intelligence officials are bringing forth troves of Chinese military documents on bio-warfare. These documents reveal that Chinese officials have discussed using advanced aerosolized bioweapon research for taking out the enemy’s medical system.
Zheng Songguo, a former professor at Ohio State University (OSU), was found guilty of lying on National Institutes of Health (NIH) grant applications in order to use $4.1 million in research grants to develop the fields of rheumatology and immunology for China. If Songguo can face 37 months in prison for this perjury, then what kind of prison term will Fauci serve for lying to the American people about the NIAID's core involvement in advancing bioweapon research for China?
