"The petitions for writs of mandamus are denied," the court stated, providing no further details about its rejection.
One of Powell's mandamus petitions stated that while a direct submission to the court seeking an extraordinary writ of mandamus "is unusual," "it has its foundation."
"While such relief is rare," it added, "this Court will grant it 'where a question of public importance is involved, or where the question is of such a nature that it is peculiarly appropriate that such action by this Court should be taken.'"
As of this writing, there is no update on Powell's Telegram page about the rejection of the two suits.
On Jan. 19, Powell withdrew another lawsuit in the Supreme Court challenging the election results in Georgia.
Later that month, Powell created a "Restore the Republic" Super PAC dedicated to freedom of speech, constitutional rights, and "the sacred right of free and fair elections." As long as this Super PAC does not coordinate directly with any campaigns or candidates, it is allowed to receive and spend unlimited contributions.
"The American people deserve a voice that exposes and rejects the self-interest of political parties, the control of tech giants, and the lies of the fake news," Powell is quoted as saying.
In the immediate aftermath of the Jan. 6 false flag "insurrection," Powell and various other prominent pro-Trump voices were suspended from Twitter with "no warning at all."
"It is stunning," Powell stated at the time, after which she proceeded to take action in other ways to try to defend the Republic against a communist assault and takeover.
"Twitter's actions and those of banks who shut down accounts of people who went to D.C. are fascism in its purest form," she added. "It is a communist coup that has been long and well-planned."
Powell was introduced to the Trump legal team back in November after her successful defense of Army Lt. Gen. Michael Flynn. The Trump team later appeared to distance itself from Powell.
Powell herself is being sued by Dominion Voting Systems for $1.3 billion due to her allegations that its machines were used to commit election fraud. Rudy Giuliani and Mike Lindell are also being sued by Dominion for statements they have made against the company over the past several months.
"Sidney and I will not be intimidated," stated Lin Wood, Powell's lawyer, insinuating that Powell did nothing wrong concerning Dominion. "[We] will not go quietly into the night."
The mainstream media is of course thrilled that Powell's endeavors have thus far been unsuccessful. One fake news outlet called it an "extraordinary losing streak for lawsuits seeking to overturn 2020 election results."
The corporate media's claim is that Beijing Biden legitimately won the 2020 election, and that Trump and his supporters are simply sore losers. Evidence widely presented but as of yet unheard by the courts, however, contradicts this.
"SCOTUS is lost, as is the Republic," wrote one commenter at The Epoch Times. "They took it without a fight."
Another concurred, adding that the highest court in the land no longer provides any value to the country.
"They should be forced out of D.C. and the court diminished as a judicial body, only allowed in divorce court where cheating one side in favor of the other is commonplace," this same commenter added, obviously upset about this ongoing breach of justice.
