In order to achieve what Bill and Melinda Gates have described as an "equitable" distribution of China Virus jabs, half of America is prioritizing people with black and brown skin, sending them to the front of the line for a vaccine injection.
The latest Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) plandemic guidance explains that because racial minorities are "disproportionately" affected by COVID-19, they deserve to have priority access to the shot – and it is up to the states to make this happen.
According to the Kaiser Family Foundation, "communities of color" in 12 states are being vaccinated before communities of whites thanks to state partnerships with healthcare providers that have agreed to inject darker skin before lighter skin – because this is "progress."
To help the states figure out who to vaccinate first, the CDC has issued a "Social Vulnerability Index" (SVI) that reportedly uses 15 different U.S. Census variables to help local officials determine which communities of color need COVID-19 vaccines first.
In Michigan, for instance, minority status and language spoken are both being taken into consideration by government officials. Maine has likewise developed a "Racial / Ethnic Minority COVID-19 Vaccination Plan" that gives preference to groups that "have experienced rates of disease that far exceed their representation in the population as a whole."

While sending black and brown people to the front of the line for a questionable injection with a dubious track record of safety and effectiveness is chillingly reminiscent of the Tuskegee Experiment, those peddling the jabs to communities of color claim that they are simply trying to help "minorities" stay better protected against the "coof."
In the event that black and brown people start coming down with serious side effects, this is also of no concern because adverse events are mere proof that the jabs are working, the establishment insists.
The medical deep state has all of its bases covered, in other words. With an excuse for every possible negative scenario, the hope is that poor and "indigenous" people groups, along with those who feel victimized because of their skin color, will feel incentivized to rush out and skip the queue for "warp speed" vaccination.
Even if the jabs are dangerous and not even worth getting, telling black and brown people that they "get to" cut in front of white people will sadly manipulate a growing number of them into taking the system up on its offer to give them "special" medical treatment before everyone else.
Hopefully at least some of these people of color will take the advice of Candace Owens and skip the jab for their own protection, rather than listen to the likes of New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo.
In a speech from last month, Cuomo announced that "black, brown, and poorer communities" need first-in-line access to COVID-19 vaccines because they have "fewer health care institutions."
"Their communities too often have health care deserts," Cuomo added, pretending to sound smart.
Melinda Gates agrees that black people especially need to be first in line for the jab because "they are having disproportionate effects from COVID-19."
"We are seeing black men die at a disproportionate rate," the questionably female "wife" of Bill Gates told TIME in an interview back in June. "We know the way out of COVID-19 will be a vaccine, and it needs to go out equitably."
