The D.C. legislation, (bill 23-171) was first introduced on March 5, 2019. The new law would allow health care professionals to privately take children aside and coerce them to take vaccines, without parental consent. The predatory bill received a public hearing on June 26, 2019 and ultimately came up for a vote on October 20, 2020. In that time, a four-person health committee fine-tuned the legislation, preparing it for a council vote. D.C. legislators passed the predatory bill with a 12 to 1 majority and are preparing for a second and final reading on November 10, before it is sent to the D.C. mayor.
The new law would give health care professionals the power to establish the “informed consent standard” for minors, allowing children as young as eleven to consent to vaccination without their parent’s knowledge.
The new law allows the school, health care provider, and the parent’s private insurance to conceal the child’s vaccination status from their parent or guardian. This allows public health predators to prey on children in the most deceptive, nontransparent way -- vaccinating children in secret and then hiding it from the parents.
The bill’s primary sponsor, Mary Cheh, said the bill is important because covid-19 is a public health emergency. This is yet another example of this so-called public health emergency being escalated and weaponized to strip people of their rights.
“Given our ongoing pandemic and the incredible work being done to develop a COVID-19 vaccine, it’s more important than ever I think that we reduce any and all barriers to these treatments,” Cheh said. “And this legislation aims to do just that by increasing access to vaccines for minors who choose to get vaccinated but have not been able to do so.”
The only problem is that vaccines are not treatments. Covid-19 vaccines are experiments undertaken on healthy participants. By challenging parental rights in this covert way, D.C. will become a predatory medical police state that turns kids against their parents, wrongfully coercing them into medical decisions and covering it up.
The only dissenting voice on the council was Trayon White. He objected to the bill because the state is removing parents from making crucial medical decisions for their children. “For me, it’s not an issue of the vaccination, it’s an issue of the council voting to circumvent the inclusion of a parent making the decision about their child,” White said. “Medical practitioners, schools, and others should not be permitted to coerce or press minors into procedures that are capable of causing injury or death, behind their parents back.” (Related: Bill Gates and MIT unveil quantum dot technology to mark children’s skin so they can be scanned for vaccine compliance.)
There are approximately 123,000 school students in D.C.’s public-school system. The state keeps a registry of children who have medical exemptions (58 children) and religious exemptions to the vaccines (179 children). Legislators are trying to remove the religious exemption because some people in power believe that parents should not be making decisions on vaccination to begin with.
This bill targets the 179 children who are free from vaccines or partially vaccinated, in an immoral attempt to turn children against their parents and undo their parent's informed decision-making. This bill allows public health officials to turn children against their parents, undermining the family structure and parental authority.
Once the religious exemption is shamed out of existence, parents are left to beg medical professionals for medical exemptions. In order to receive a medical exemption, a child must have suffered an injury from the product first. Under this scientific dictatorship, vaccines would become the first and only product that a person must be injured from before they can legally opt out. This is medical abuse.
