According to former Hunter business partner Tony Bobulinski, who spoke to Fox News' Tucker Carlson during a recent exclusive interview, the Biden family, including Joe, set up SinoHawk Holdings with Bobulinski as its head to function as the facilitating entity between it and CEFC.
Bobulinski apparently thought at the time that SinoHawk was a legitimate entity, only to later learn that it had been established for the purpose of basically laundering money from foreign entities – and in this case, to grease the wheels for the Bidens to seize partial ownership of a Russian state-owned energy company that had been prohibited from operating in the U.S. market.
Though the deal eventually fell through, CEFC's attempt to purchase a 14 percent stake in Rosneft, the Russian company in question, demonstrates that the Bidens are guilty of colluding with Russia for their own personal gain – you know, the very thing they have been falsely accusing President Trump of doing.
"At that time, Russia faced sanctions because of its invasion of Ukraine and seizure of Crimea in 2014," writes Joel B. Pollak for Breitbart News. "The Financial Times reported that the CEFC deal was to help Rosneft find new markets 'as relations deteriorate with the west.'"

As it turns out, CEFC's efforts on behalf of the Bidens to form an illicit partnership with Russia were dashed after the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) decided to investigate the company for corruption.
The U.S., by the way, did absolutely nothing at the time to hold the Bidens accountable for their treason against the country. It took the CCP, unbelievably, to put a stop to the deal when nobody else would.
Meanwhile, Bobulinski recalls that Chinese premier Xi Jinping was in Moscow meeting with Vladimir Putin when he learned that CEFC was even pursuing a relationship with Russia at all, which put SinoHawk in a precarious position.
Bobulinski grew even more concerned after CEFC publicly announced the deal with Rosneft, even after it failed to deliver on a $10 million investment that, despite being promised, never actually materialized.
"I did reach out to Hunter Biden ... asking him, 'Hey, listen, they haven't funded the $10 million, have you done something that I'm not aware of? Have you gone around us? Have you started a parallel discussion with Chairman Ye that I should be conscious of?'"
Hunter apparently responded with an admission that he was acting as the "personal attorney to Chairman Ye," which really upset Bobulinski, and for good reason.
"Hunter Biden is now telling me that he's meeting personally, one-on-one with Chairman Ye in his $50 million penthouse in New York, and if he can't meet him, he's picking up the phone and calling him, but they only discuss things in person," Bobulinski recalled in telling the story to Carlson.
"You can imagine my frustration," Bobulinski added. "You're acting as the personal attorney to Chairman Ye while they're tendering for 14 percent of the Russian state-owned energy company, a deal valued at $9 billion? What am I missing here?"
Responding to the news, Breitbart News commenters were livid, demanding that the Biden Crime Family be put in prison immediately.
"Prison doesn't seem severe enough," one jibed.
"It's not," responded another. "A firing squad is deserved."
