There’s more to the witch hunt probe of non-existent “collusion” between the 2016 Trump campaign and Russia, as well as allegations of “obstruction” by POTUS Donald Trump over his firing of politically motivated FBI Director James Comey.
Much more, as it turns out.
Mueller appears to be using his authority, and under the guise of a legitimate investigation, to grant immunity to as many Deep State operatives tied to Hillary Clinton (and Barack Obama, for that matter) as possible, it now appears.
In recent days Mueller filed court papers seeking to grant immunity to five potential witnesses in the case involving former Trump campaign manager Paul Manafort, who has been indicted on allegations of bank and tax fraud and since jailed for allegedly attempting to contact potential witnesses, The Gateway Pundit reported.
NBC News reporter Tom Winter tweeted: “NEW: The Special Counsel’s Office notifies the court that they will seek immunity for up to 5 people to testify under conditions of immunity in the upcoming trial against Paul Manafort in Virginia. They say these people have not been publicly named before in the case.”

Winter noted further that Mueller isn’t certain his Democrat-supporting team will call any of the witnesses, so he wants to file their immunity requests under seal — meaning their names cannot be revealed publicly.
Winters noted that Mueller wants the names filed under seal so they “are not harassed.”
But Senior U.S. District Judge T.S. Elliot III for the Eastern District of Virginia, a Reagan appointee and a jurist who’s been around the block several times when it comes to the political machinations, biases, and inner workings of the Washington swamp, was not sold on the notion of granting immunity without identification. (Related: BOMBSHELL: FBI lovers’ emails indicate urgency to find SOMETHING on Trump campaign before election: “Hurry the F up.”)
As Politico reported further:
A federal judge ruled Monday that special counsel Robert Mueller must make public the identities of five witnesses that his prosecutors have granted immunity in exchange for their testimony at the upcoming criminal trial of former Donald Trump campaign manager Paul Manafort.
Ellis handed down his order to unseal the identities of the witnesses, “as well as a complete list of who is going to be called by prosecutors to testify” following a 30-minute hearing that centered mostly on a motion filed by Manafort’s lawyers to have his Virginia case postponed until he is through battling other Mueller charges in Washington.
To understand the importance of Mueller’s request, as well as the gravity of Ellis’ order, it’s important to list Clinton-connected figures who’ve also been granted immunity by the Deep State. Also, it should be noted that people who seek immunity have something to hide or are likely guilty of something themselves, and they don’t want to self-incriminate (Fifth Amendment) on the witness stand.
One of the most recent figures to be granted immunity, according to Fox News host Tucker Carlson, is Tony Podesta, founder of the defunct Podesta Group, a lobbying firm, and brother of Hillary’s 2016 campaign chairman John Podesta. For the record, Tony is believed to be guilty of one of the same things that Manafort has been charged with: Lobbying on behalf of the Ukrainian government without first registering as a foreign agent, which — according to Fox News’ Tucker Carlson — is rampant in D.C., though few are rarely charged.
Other Clinton-connected figures who have been given immunity, most for Hillary’s very illegal mishandling of classified emails, include long-time aide Cheryl Mills; Bryan Pagliano, Clinton’s former IT aide who set up her private email server; John Bentel, director of the State Department’s Office of Information Resources Management; Heather Samuelson, a senior Hillary advisor; and Paul Combetta, the computer specialist who used Bleachbyte to get rid of Hillary’s emails, even though they were under subpoena.
If POTUS Trump had an attorney general with some gusto, this witch hunt would have been shut down long ago and people who legitimately broke laws would have been indicted by now.
