Facebook routinely bans conservative voices but reinstated Muslim extremist’s account NINE TIMES after extremist rhetoric
By Jayson Veley // Feb 06, 2018

Given Facebook’s obsession with all that involves social justice and political correctness, it really shouldn’t come as a surprise that Mark Zuckerberg and his team of leftists would have a tremendous amount of patience with anything that isn’t conservative or Christian. In fact, so “open-minded” and “tolerant” are the workers at Facebook that one Muslim extremist by the name of Abdulrahman Alcharbati had his account suspended and reopened a total of nine times, leaving many people with one simple question: Why was this account allowed to be reopened one time?

As reported by The Telegraph late last month, “Following a series of angry emails to Facebook – including one which said: ‘You will stand in front of the Creator Allah The All Merciful and will have to answer for your doing’ – the company relented and he was able to keep posting videos glorifying Islamic State in Iraq and the Levant (ISIL).” The Telegraph goes on to describe the content that this Muslim extremist posted on his Facebook account, which included a video clip showing three Syrian soldiers being beaten by an angry mob and then being dragged by motorbikes throughout the city of Raqqa. Another video that Alcharbati posted depicted child soldiers training to fight with the Islamic State, and in another clip, a suicide bomber is seen blowing up a car packed with explosives.

Notably, in just one day in 2017, Alcharbati posted a total of six ISIS-produced videos on his Facebook page. After Facebook suspended his account and then reinstated it multiple times, Alcharbati warned, “Allah will hold you responsible for your actions.” Thankfully, police in the United Kingdom were able to track this guy down and charge him with “six counts of disseminating terrorist material and one count of possessing a document containing information likely to be of use to a person preparing or committing an act of terrorism.”

Again, the question that must be asked is as follows: If Facebook knew about an account that was putting out promotional content for the Islamic State, why would they reinstate the account after suspending it? Why wouldn’t they just close the account down permanently the very first time they became aware of the kinds of things that Alcharbati was publishing on his page? Is Facebook really that committed to being politically correct that they would allow a radical Islamist to continue posting terrorist propaganda on his social media page?

Things get even more ridiculous when one considers not just the type of content Facebook allows on their platform, but also the type of content that they actively work to suppress. In 2016, Fox News reported that several unnamed former Facebook contractors had stepped forward to announce that it’s not uncommon for the social media giant to suppress news that is of interest to conservative users.

One of the contractors explained that he would often come into work and “discover that CPAC or Mitt Romney or Glenn Beck or popular conservative topics wouldn’t be trending because either the curator didn’t recognize the news topic or it was like they had a bias against Ted Cruz.” (Related: Facebook censors Natural News from users who want it, but won’t allow you to block Mark Zuckerberg’s feed.)

It appears as though Facebook is showing a tremendous amount of leniency when it comes to radical Islamists, but at the same time, showing little to no tolerance whatsoever for conservative voices who use Facebook as a platform to spread their message.
