As Trump rescinds DACA, whining crybullies on the Left are discovering what happens when lawbreakers like Obama bypass Congress

As a series of reports indicated over the past few days, President Donald J. Trump on Tuesday ended former President Obama’s DACA program — Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals — involving children brought illegally into the country by their parents.

And right on cue, the perpetually angry Left exploded, as Breitbart News noted.

The president’s “inhumanity is bottomless,” moaned “comedienne” Sarah Silverman, a frequent Trump critic.

The writer-producer of ABC’s “Modern Family,” Danny Zuker, said any Christians supporting Trump ending DACA proves their “Christianity is bulls**t.”

The majority of those who benefited from DACA are adults aged 18-25, but that didn’t stop Alyssa Milano from tweeting, “Our country should protect children. Period.”

Even far-Left Democratic lawmakers got in on the bashing, some with threats of violence.

“Yes, we will be on the streets fighting. Yes, we will go to the courts to fight, and we will also insist that our friends and our allies in the Congress of the United States don’t sign a budget, don’t support a budget, don’t collaborate with Republicans and give us a budget unless there is a safe place legislatively, an avenue legislatively, that secures the future for the 800,000 DACA recipients,” Rep. Luis Gutierrez, D-Ill., said in a video posted on his YouTube page, as Breitbart noted.

What’s really sad is that some of these same Left-wing doofuses have accused Trump of doing illegal, unconstitutional things — like when he properly used his authority and the letter of the law to ban people from six terrorism-infested countries from traveling to the U.S. as a way to protect all Americans, even the so-and-so’s who were fighting him over it. As for DACA itself, let’s remember also that the man who implemented it — as a reminder once again, that would be Barack Obama — said himself repeatedly that he did not have the authority to implement such programs on his own because Congress makes laws (including immigration laws), not presidents.

In fact, Obama said at least 22 times he didn’t have that kind of authority. During a reelection campaign event, he told one crowd, “I am not king. I can’t do these things just by myself.”

Here’s more of Obama discussing the issue:

— “Comprehensive reform, that’s how we’re going to solve this problem. … Anybody who tells you it’s going to be easy or that I can wave a magic wand and make it happen hasn’t been paying attention to how this town works.” (May 5, 2010)

— “[T]here are those in the immigrants’ rights community who have argued passionately that we should simply provide those who are [here] illegally with legal status, or at least ignore the laws on the books and put an end to deportation until we have better laws. … I believe such an indiscriminate approach would be both unwise and unfair. It would suggest to those thinking about coming here illegally that there will be no repercussions for such a decision. And this could lead to a surge in more illegal immigration. And it would also ignore the millions of people around the world who are waiting in line to come here legally. Ultimately, our nation, like all nations, has the right and obligation to control its borders and set laws for residency and citizenship.  And no matter how decent they are, no matter their reasons, the 11 million who broke these laws should be held accountable.” (July 1, 2010)

On the general issue of how immigration laws are passed, Obama — Mr. Constitutional Law Professor — noted, correctly:

— “We’ve got a government designed by the Founders so that there’d be checks and balances. You don’t want a president who’s too powerful or a Congress that’s too powerful or a court that’s too powerful. Everybody’s got their own role. Congress’s job is to pass legislation. The president can veto it or he can sign it. … I believe in the Constitution and I will obey the Constitution of the United States. We’re not going to use signing statements as a way of doing an end-run around Congress.” (May 19, 2008).

There are many more examples, but you get the drift. The fact is, the Left-wing haters who are attacking Trump should really be upset at Obama for creating an illegal program. After that, they can direct their ire at the parents of DACA young people for bringing them illegally into the country to begin with.
