A major part of the media narrative surrounding the FBI’s refusal to support an indictment of Hillary Clinton for her misuse of a private email server is that she didn’t intend to cause any harm and that her actions weren’t especially damaging in the long run.
Even without context, this seems like a ridiculous excuse to not prosecute someone who committed a felony, but it’s become par for the course in regards to Hillary Clinton and virtually anyone else who is involved with the Obama administration.
After reviewing all the evidence, FBI Director James Comey stated that, “No reasonable prosecutor would bring such a case.” But, historically, that doesn’t seem to be true. In fact, it was very recently not the case…
Less than one year ago, Bryan Nishimura was charged with the unauthorized removal and retention of classified materials. Oh, and he also claimed to have no malicious intent. Guess how that worked out for him. Not well. He received two years of probation and a $7,500 fine for his wrongdoing, which is completely justified. So, if we’re all created equal, why didn’t Hillary suffer a similar punishment?
If the Nishimura situation had occurred decades ago, the FBI would perhaps have an argument for not punishing Hillary — albeit not a very good one — but it occurred so recently that there’s legitimately zero justification. This is pure, indisputable hypocrisy. They’re protecting Clinton because she is the chosen one. The federal government wants Clinton to be elected so badly that they’re willing to go to great lengths to ensure her victory.
For a woman who is running on a working class, “of the people” platform, it’s absolutely disgusting that Hillary Clinton is being treated as above the law and seems to have absolutely no problem with it. How anyone could buy into her ridiculous, pandering lies is beyond belief at this point.
And yet, it’s looking more and more like she’s going to be our next president. God help us all…
