Signs you need to monitor your blood sugar

The modern diet is a blood sugar nightmare — and it can kill you.

Early signs include:

• Generalized tiredness

• Severe dehydration
• Disorientation
• Unusual fruity smell in the breath (ketone breath)
• Coma
