“ATB Personal Restoration Class” on BrightU: The second cycle – where the body’s hidden “balance” system begins
By Belle Carter // Aug 16, 2026

  • The second cycle was presented as the Aleph-Tav Body System's longest and most complex layer, connecting the deeper dermis, fascia, digestion, reproduction, elimination and emotional patterns rooted in sadness and grief.
  • Points five through nine were introduced with proposed connections to major organs and functions, including the liver, pancreas, reproductive organs, kidneys, bladder, hormones, blood, cardiovascular activity, mitochondria and neurological processes.
  • Point six, the "Secure Soul," was centered on the foot's arch and is especially associated with balance, equilibrium and dizziness. Its forward, middle and deep variations are linked to breathing, grounding, respiratory function and physical balance.
  • Points seven and eight added spiritual and physical dimensions: Zayin is associated with "spiritual revelation," brain and hormonal functions, intuition and insight, while the eighth point emphasizes rest, muscle relaxation, strength and pelvic health, with its low variation focused on strengthening weak muscles.
  • Overall, the episode presented an unconventional map of the body in which anatomy, emotional states, physical alignment, spiritual concepts and Hebrew symbolism are interconnected – suggesting that bodily balance and inner emotional or spiritual equilibrium may reflect the same underlying system.

Dr. Alphonzo Monzo took viewers deeper into the Aleph-Tav Body System in Episode 8, streamed on Aug. 15, entering what he described as the longest cycle in his classes: the second cycle. Monzo built on the first cycle explored previously; he shifted attention beneath the body's outer surface, connecting the system to the dermis, fascia, digestion, reproduction, elimination and a range of physical and emotional functions. But the second cycle was not presented simply as another anatomical category. Monzo described it as a framework in which physical conditions, emotional patterns and spiritual concepts can intersect, with sadness and grief identified as its root emotional attitude.

The episode introduced points five through nine, each given its own location, symbolism and proposed applications. Point five was associated with areas including the liver, gallbladder, pancreas, reproductive organs, kidneys and bladder, while Monzo also connected it with hormones, blood, cardiovascular functions and the body's mitochondria. Point six took the theory in a particularly intriguing direction. Located along the arch of the foot, it is called the "Secure Soul," and Monzo linked it to breathing, circulation, the thyroid, adrenal function, the liver, immune cells and, most notably, balance.

Mapping balance through the feet

The sixth point received several variations – including the forward, middle and deep six – with each presented as having a slightly different emphasis. The middle six was associated particularly with respiratory function and what Monzo described as the foot's polarity and grounding to the earth. The deep six was described in terms of physical balance, while the overall six system was presented as relevant to "Any problems with balance, equilibrium, dizziness."

That connection between the sole of the foot and equilibrium became one of the episode's most distinctive ideas. Monzo described the foot as more than a mechanical structure, tying its location to concepts of security, grounding and even the way a person "walk[s] in life." In this framework, physical balance and emotional or spiritual stability were treated as related dimensions rather than separate concerns.

The seventh point, Zayin, introduced another layer of symbolism. Monzo described its name as "spiritual revelation" and interpreted the sequence of Hebrew letters as telling a larger story about the Creator taking physical form. The point itself was associated with neurological functions, the center of the brain, hormones, intuition and spiritual insight.

Then came point eight, located behind the knee and described as the "covenant of rest." Here the emphasis shifted toward relaxation, muscle tension, physical strength and the pelvic region. A variation called the low eight was instead associated with tonifying weak muscles, creating a distinction between relaxation and strengthening within the same point family.

Taken together, the episode presented the second cycle as an elaborate map where anatomy, emotion, balance and ancient Hebrew symbolism overlap. Whether viewed as a spiritual healing model or an unconventional theory of the body's organization, Monzo's presentation invited viewers to consider a provocative possibility: that physical alignment and inner equilibrium may be two expressions of the same underlying system.
