Remembering Dr. Francis Boyle’s call for immediate ceasefire and humanitarian intervention to prevent Israel’s “Nazi war crimes”
By Kevin Hughes // Feb 05, 2025

  • In 2023, the late Dr. Francis Boyle joined Mike Adams on the "Health Ranger Report" to urgently call for an immediate ceasefire and the provision of humanitarian aid to Gaza, emphasizing the severity of the situation post-Hamas attacks on Oct. 7.
  • Boyle warned that U.S. support for Israel's invasion of Gaza, reportedly greenlit by former President Joe Biden, could escalate the conflict, involving Hezbollah, Syria, Iran and potentially Russia, leading to a regional war with catastrophic consequences.
  • Boyle accused Israel of committing war crimes and acts of genocide, citing the destruction of hospitals and civilian infrastructure, which violate the Nuremberg Charter and the 1948 Genocide Convention.
  • Boyle and Adams advocated for an immediate ceasefire, followed by humanitarian aid and negotiations for a two-state solution. They warned of potential global economic and security repercussions, including an OPEC oil embargo and the risk of a wider conflict involving Russia, and urged public pressure for peaceful resolution.

In a gripping "Health Ranger Report" interview from 2023, the late Dr. Francis Boyle issued a stark warning about the escalating conflict in the Middle East, calling for an immediate ceasefire and humanitarian intervention to prevent what he describes as "Nazi war crimes" being committed by Israel in Gaza.

Boyle (1950-2025), a seasoned international law expert and advocate for human rights, joined the Health Ranger Mike Adams to discuss the dire situation in Gaza. The interview, which took place less than two weeks after the Oct. 7 attacks by Hamas, highlighted the urgent need for diplomatic solutions to prevent a wider regional war.

According to Boyle, reports indicated that then-President Joe Biden gave Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu the green light to invade Gaza. This decision, Boyle argued, could trigger a broader conflict involving Hezbollah, Syria, Iran and potentially Russia.

Hezbollah, he noted, possesses over 40,000 high-powered rockets capable of devastating Israeli civilian populations. The involvement of Syria, where Israeli, Iranian and Russian forces are already present, could escalate the conflict into a full-scale regional war. (Related: Dr. Francis Boyle tells Mike Adams: Israel can get away with anything because it has the support of the U.S. gov't.)

Boyle and Adams discussed the historical context of the conflict, tracing it back to the Zionist movement's goals as outlined in the 1897 Basel Conference. The goal, according to Boyle, has always been to secure all of Palestine without Palestinians.

This agenda has driven the Nakba of 1948 and the Naksa of 1967, which saw the displacement and slaughter of hundreds of thousands of Palestinians.

Boyle: Israel's actions in Gaza constitute war crimes and acts of genocide

Citing the Nuremberg Charter and the 1948 Genocide Convention, Boyle argued that Israel's actions in Gaza constitute war crimes and acts of genocide.

"We need an immediate ceasefire. Then we need massive humanitarian medical supplies to the people of Gaza. Then we can negotiate the hostages on both sides. Right now, Israel has 6,000 Palestinians in their jails, most of whom are being kept there in violation of the fort Geneva Convention of 1949 which is a war crime," Boyle said during the interview.

"So that would be the normal, logical way to proceed here. First to ceasefire, immediate, no invasion. Second, humanitarian relief supplies, and then third, negotiation over the hostages. And then when that was taken care of, perhaps there could be negotiations over the bigger problem."

The conflict's potential to disrupt global energy supplies and trigger a wider war was a major concern. Boyle pointed out that an OPEC [Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries] oil embargo could have catastrophic economic effects, particularly given the current vulnerabilities in Western energy infrastructure. The involvement of Russia, which has troops and naval forces in Syria, could even lead to a Third World War.

Boyle and Adams agreed that the only viable solution is an immediate ceasefire, followed by the provision of humanitarian aid and the negotiation of a two-state solution. They called for peaceful, nonviolent resistance and public pressure on governments to de-escalate the conflict.

In closing, Boyle urged the American people to take to the streets in peaceful protest, demanding an end to the violence and a return to diplomacy. Adams echoed this call, emphasizing the importance of standing for universal humanitarian principles and supporting the rights of all people, regardless of religion, ethnicity or nationality.
