Millions of UK students are using BIOMETRICS for school-related activities without parental consent
By Laura Harris // Aug 01, 2023

Blogger and concerned parent Pippa King has warned that millions of school children in the United Kingdom are using biometrics for school activities, with educational institutions storing their data.

According to King, approximately 4.5 million of of the U.K.'s nine million school children use biometrics for a wide variety of school activities and services. These include library access, canteen payments, locker access and registration. She noted that this use of biometrics has been going on since 2001 without parental consent.

The concerned parent behind the "Against RFID in Schools" and "Biometrics in Schools" blogs has been documenting the rise of radiation frequency identification (RFID) technologies and real-time location systems in schools. She has also highlighted the issues of biometric data collection, such as fingerprints, iris scans, facial recognition and infrared palm scanning used for different school activities. (Related: Track ’em young: Newborns in Kenya are being used to develop a biometric vaccination management tracking program.)

King's advocacy began when the school of her children attempted to collect their fingerprints for a library system without parental consent. At the time, the U.K. Data Protection Act (UKDPA) of 1998 did not classify biometric data as sensitive personal data, which means schools can store and process children's biometric information without their permission.

The Protection of Freedoms Act passed in May 2021 – 23 years after the UKDPA was passed – required schools to acquire written parental consent before storing or processing the biometric data of children. However, the act does not address the use of RFID tags on children. Schools may now have the option to opt out of using biometrics, but they may use RFID technology instead. In the course of her research, King uncovered a link between school RFID tracking systems and military-industrial corporations such as Lockheed-Martin and Honeywell. According to her, these firms have developed active RFID tracking systems to monitor student attendance and use it to study social peer relationships.

RFID systems make students susceptible to military tracking sensors

The RFID systems used by students operate on the same frequency as the ones used by the U.S. military and the North Atlantic Treaty Organization for tracking assets. With these tags, which continue transmitting data outside school premises, students have become more susceptible to military tracking sensors with the same frequency compatibility.

Former U.S. Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) agent Robert David Steele exposed the military's link to child trafficking in an April 2018 testimony. Steele said the military, law enforcement and non-government organizations were involved in these abhorrent crimes.

Steele, who died in August 2021, shed light on the dark and disturbing reality of international child trafficking and the horrifying practices surrounding it. He emphasized that children were not just kidnapped, but, in some cases, bred by families as a cash crop, then sold without birth certificates for easier transactions.

"Pedophilia is how the Deep State recruits and controls people," Steele stated during his testimony. He further exposed that this heinous practice was not limited to child slavery and abuse, but also involved child torture, blood-drinking ceremonies, the harvesting of body organs, ritual ceremonies, and even ritual murder.

"I am on record as a former CIA operations officer in saying that our thousand [military] bases overseas are not there for national defense; they're there to serve as lily pads for the smuggling of guns, gold, cash, drugs and small children."
