He cited a recent article from the American Thinker that discussed technocracy, the Nazis and Albert Speer. The chief architect of Adolf Hitler's Third Reich was the only senior official spared capital punishment at the end of the Nuremberg trials.
According to the lawyer, the architect was spared the death penalty because he repented while on the witness stand. Speer also defied Hitler's last-minute orders to burn all the infrastructure and the lowlands to protect the German people. Instead, Speer was sentenced to 20 years at the now-demolished Spandau Prison in Berlin.
The architect reportedly said: "Hitler's dictatorship was the first dictatorship of an industrial state in this age of modern technology, a dictatorship which employed to perfection the instruments of technology to dominate its own people." "The instruments of technology made it possible to maintain a close watch over all citizens and to keep criminal operations shrouded in the high degree of secrecy," Speer noted. He continued that these same instruments had made 80 million people "subject to the will of one individual."
According to the chief architect and the Third Reich's armaments minister, the authoritarian system in the age of technology would not need high-quality leaders from the lower ranks since the means of communication alone will serve this purpose.
"The more technological the world becomes, the greater is the danger. [Therefore], the more essential will be the demand for individual freedom and self-awareness of the individual human being as a counterpoise to technology."
Jumping back to the current time, Renz challenged his viewers to imagine how the internet and today's technology could be used by these dictators.
According to the "Lawfare" host, Speer was one of the leading geniuses behind Hitler's rise to power. This puts the architect among the evil men in history who supported the most evil man in history.
"What he is saying is almost identical to what Klaus Schwab and Yuval Noah Harari are pushing. What Anthony Fauci did, what our technocrats are doing. Our deference to the experts in the government," Renz said. "Our legal system has fallen victim to this."
"We have law and a president that says that we need to follow the experts in the government to give them wide latitude to do whatever it is that they need to do because they are the experts, and they are clearly independent and only interested in what is best for the people. That's ignorant."
Renz also noted that Schwab, Harari, Bill Gates and George Soros are putting the technocrats back in charge because they can control them. These evil people, he added, want to make sure that their commands go from on high directly to the people.
While there is no more Nazi party trying to separate the Jews from the rest of the population and trying to create the "master race," there remains genetic engineering and gene therapies designed to change humanity.
"It's happening again, just like [how] it happened before, but with a new generation and new technology," Renz concluded. "The Nazis didn't die. They moved, and now they are doing it again."
