The Sheriff Mack Show: America’s greatest threat and enemy is its own federal government – Brighteon.TV
By Kevin Hughes // Dec 16, 2022

For Sheriff Richard Mack, the federal government is the greatest threat and enemy to America.

"The IRS (Internal Revenue Service) is completely out of control, very evil. And I will make this very clear to you and the rest of the world. I've said it on this show before: I believe that the greatest threat or enemy to America is our own federal government," Mack said during the December 12 episode of "The Sheriff Mack Show" on Brighteon.TV.

Mack also said the U.S. Congress is not working for the American people because it has allowed "the evil and corrupt Gestapo-like organization IRS to bring taxation and death in America."

Freedom Law School founder Peymon Mottahedeh, who was a guest on the show, agreed with the host. "The real enemies are within the gates of America and we need to defund them," he said. (Related: Powerful, wealthy corporations continue to pay NO federal taxes while Biden plans to sock it to wage earners to fund more covid bailouts.)

The show's co-host Sam Bushman said it starts with abusive overreach or criminal activity of the government and cited the case of Mack who was threatened and intimidated by former President Bill Clinton with arrest.

"They tried to use deception and they then used force. And the sad part is everyone I know with a few exceptions who have taken on the IRS winds up losing everything they have. They usually come out of the other side very broken," Bushman said.

The nationally syndicated talk show host of the "Liberty RoundTable" added that the IRS has become an out-of-control and unconstitutional government agency that has blurred the separations of powers and violated the consent of the governed by turning into judge, jury and executioner.

Mottahedeh: Americans should not pay their enemies

Mottahedeh pointed out that Americans should no longer be paying their enemies to destroy them through the IRS.

He added that Americans should have more money for themselves and their families, as well as money to fund political campaigns of real statesmen that stand for freedom and the American Constitution.

The freedom fighter and libertarian mentioned that the only people required by law to file income tax are citizens and residents of Washington, D.C. and federal workers. Mottahedeh also said he has created the Restore Freedom Plan, which is a plan to restore America by defunding "the swamp" that Americans have been voluntarily funding for decades.

"We need to defund them and then use those funds to provide for our family better. Every one of us needs more funds for our families and to take a portion of that to fund freedom movements," Mottahedeh said.

According to Mottahedeh, he has already started to send funds to organization leaders to support them in their fight for freedom. "This is what Americans need to do. Funding the freedom movement is a way to fight our enemies," he said.

Mack pointed out that the IRS and Congress have violated a key God-given right that all people are born with, and that is to enjoy the fruits of their labor. The author and speaker added that Congress has destroyed that right by using the IRS to be their hitman and Gestapo agent to come after the American people and make sure that all of them are controlled.

"The IRS is more about control than anything else. But I absolutely hate that this is going on. We have become so accustomed and brainwashed that it should be happening to us that we have completely forgotten our God-given right to the fruit of our own labor," Mack said.

Mottahedeh mentioned the Supreme Court has said that the tax law must clearly show what is being taxed, otherwise it is not tax. He also cited a Supreme Court decision that voted 9-0 against the government's power to tax. "The American people have been deceived into thinking that they have to pay an income tax," he said.
