The Sheriff Mack Show: Tactical teams are a good and necessary thing that should be used properly – Brighteon.TV
By Kevin Hughes // Dec 09, 2022

For Panola County Sheriff Cutter Clinton, tactical teams are a good and necessary thing that should be used properly – just like the police or law enforcement.

"As far as increasing our tactical teams, I'd have to say tactical teams, they are a good thing. Just like the police, law enforcement is a good and necessary thing. It just needs to be properly used," Clinton told host Sheriff Richard Mack and co-host Sam Bushman during the December 6 episode of "The Sheriff Mack Show" on Brighteon.TV.

"And so, I would absolutely advocate that tactical teams are necessary. It is just they have to be used constitutionally. I would argue that no government action is appropriate, unless it's constitutional."

Clinton, who was sworn into office as Panola County's new sheriff last November 23, said he looks at guns as a tool and a right and that he is ready to die to defend his fellow Americans' right to carry a gun.

Bushman said these teams are really not the problem and there is nothing wrong with them. But everything people do must be constitutional.

Mack, former sheriff of Graham County, Arizona, noted that he and other constitutional sheriffs wouldn't be surprised if more people are going to move to counties whose sheriffs are taking the Constitution and its enforcement seriously within their counties.

The founder of the Constitutional Sheriffs & Peace Officers Association (CSPOA) said they've been educating citizens, sheriffs and other peace officers about the Constitution, and he believes that it is the only peaceful and effective solution that remains for the American people. More Americans get hurt and killed when they don't take action against criminality

Bushman pointed that the American people have a role to play in stopping crimes. He mentioned that Americans have got to take action and stop any crime they encounter.

The nationally syndicated talk show host of "Liberty RoundTable" stressed that people are doing well when they stop criminals from committing a crime and he cited that inaction or running from the situation is the last thing a person should do.

According to Bushman, more Americans get hurt and killed when they don't take action against criminality.

He also mentioned a news story that came out about an 82-year-old black woman in Valley City, Alabama, who got arrested for an unpaid $77 trash bill. Bushman said the woman who was identified as Martha Menefield was handcuffed and taken to jail.

Mack commented that the incident is really poor police work, and it shows poor training and poor leadership. The CSPOA founder, author and speaker added this is another sign that the training in America for law enforcement is lacking. He told Bushman that they need to go to that city and have a CSPOA constitutional seminar.

"And I've said that every time there's one of these incidents that occur in this country, they happen too often. And we have far too many of these incidents where police officers are not following the law. And they certainly aren't following their oath of office," Mack said.
