Arizona state Sen. Wendy Rogers, a former U.S. Air Force pilot who is backed by former President Donald Trump, is running for reelection as a solid "America First" Republican who is pledging to continue her record of keeping Arizonans free from the Democratic left's tyranny.

"Here's another one of my mailers. I'm pushing hard for election integrity, gun rights, securing our borders, standing with law enforcement, expanding affordable American energy solutions & protecting women's sports from cheaters. Vote Wendy Rogers for AZ Senate," she noted on Twitter in a post that contained a graphic of the mailer, which includes photos of her wearing a "Save America" hat and standing next to Trump.

"Serving in the Arizona Senate, I’m completing a legacy of service that my family has held, generation after generation, to give back and honor our country and our countrymen. My constituents elected me to represent them, and their wishes for me on how they want me to vote are at the forefront of how I vote," she notes on her campaign website.

"As my family knows best, I don’t quit. Watch my latest video, where I talk about the importance of perseverance, fighting for election integrity at this precarious moment in history, and stopping medical tyranny and other attacks on the freedoms we hold dear," she added in a post next to the video in question.

The site adds details about Rogers' background:

Daughter of a long line of Army officers, in 1976 Lt. Col. Wendy Rogers was commissioned as a 5th-generation military officer into the Air Force from Michigan State University with her bachelor’s degree and then master’s degree from the University of Alabama in Clinical Social Work. She began her career treating patients in the Air Force mental health clinic.

In 1981, Wendy Rogers became one of the first 100 women pilots in today’s Air Force by earning her wings at Williams AFB in Arizona. Following Air Force jet training, Wendy piloted worldwide airlift and humanitarian missions in the C-141 transport jet for several years. Wendy then served as a flight instructor for cadets at the US Air Force Academy.

The latter half of Wendy’s 20-year Air Force career placed her overseas. While in Europe, Wendy piloted Air Force C-21 Learjets and led three different operational divisions at Headquarters US Air Forces Europe. During the fall of the Berlin Wall and efforts to improve relations with former East Bloc countries, Wendy was deployed for six months downrange to run the Bosnian Airlift. She finished her career with over 3,000 hours of jet time and numerous commendations, including the Defense Meritorious Service Medal.

Besides her extensive accomplishments in serving our country, Rogers is well-educated. In addition to degrees in social work, she also holds a second master's degree in National Security Studies from Cal State Bernardino.

She and her husband homeschooled their children, George and Emily, during their elementary years, with both of her kids going on to graduate from a noted Arizona charter high school. They were merit students who earned honors, while George was eventually commissioned an officer in the U.S. Marine Corps in 2009.

On the issues, "Defend our borders and sovereignty by putting Arizonans and Americans first. Immigrants are welcome, as long as they come legally," she says.

"We have a major crisis at the border and I will work to address this problem every day I am in office. We must ban sanctuary cities to give our people a safe and secure place to work, live, and prosper," she notes.

What's more, Rogers led integrity efforts following the highly questionable results of the 2020 election.

"The Arizona Audit exposed widespread irregularities and fraud in the 2020 election that exceeded the difference in votes. We need to secure our elections, including by returning to paper ballots, cleaning the voter rolls, and banning ballot drop boxes," she adds.
