The advocacy group Airlines for America wrote a letter to the Resident-in-Chief demanding an immediate end to his regime's mask mandate, as well as other Wuhan coronavirus (Covid-19) restrictions such as pre-departure testing for international flights.
The letter from the group's board of directors was signed by the heads of 10 major U.S. airlines, including American Airlines, Delta Air Lines, Southwest Airlines and United Airlines Holdings.
Other signatories included the heads of Alaska Air Group, Atlas Air Worldwide, FedEx Express, JetBlue Airways and UPS Airlines.
"We are encouraged by the current data and the lifting of COVID-19 restrictions from coast to coast, which indicate it is past time to eliminate COVID-era transportation policies," the letter reads.
While many airlines voluntarily adopted strict measures early on, including mask mandates, contact tracing schemes and "enhanced" cleaning protocols based on guidance from the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), they are now backtracking.
"... much has changed since these measures were imposed and they no longer make sense in the current public health context," the letter goes on to state. "The persistent and steady decline of hospitalization and death rates are the most compelling indicators that our country is well protected against severe disease from COVID-19."
"Given that we have entered a different phase of dealing with this virus, we strongly support your view that 'COVID-19 need no longer control our lives.'"
The letter concludes by calling on the regime to "sunset federal transportation travel restrictions – including the international predeparture testing requirement and the federal mask mandate – that are no longer aligned with the realities of the current epidemiological environment."
Meanwhile, the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) is still spreading propaganda about new "strains" of the Fauci Flu that it says continue to circulate.
The latest one is a "subvariant" of Omicron (Moronic) called BA.2, which the fake federal agency says now accounts for more than one-third of all new cases of the Wuhan Disease.
"BA.2 doesn't appear to cause more severe disease, but it is more transmissible than the original Omicron BA.1 variant," The Epoch Times reported.
CDC Director Rochelle Walensky announced in New York the other day that there have been small increases in BA.2 Moronic cases, which are not enough to strain the hospital system.
Despite this, the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) announced an extension of its face mask mandate, which was supposed to end on March 10, due to input from the very same CDC that says BA.2 Moronic is not that severe. Now, the new date for its expiration is April 18.
"It makes no sense that people are still required to wear masks on airplanes, yet are allowed to congregate in crowded restaurants, schools and at sporting events without masks, despite none of these venues having the protective air filtration system that aircraft do," the airline letter further reads.
In the comment section at the Times, many expressed how duplicitous this government is with its on-again, off-again mandates and the circular logic that is used to issue them.
"This is a great example of a nonsensical, non-factual, non-science based, corrupt federal government led by a senile, lawless idiot," one of them wrote, referring to Resident-in-Chief Joe Biden.
"I would say I am glad they are calling for this, but this should never have been allowed to happen in the first place, and I am not buying an airplane ticket until it is made clear that this cannot be reinstituted," wrote another.
"Our Constitution has to mean something, and right now it barely does."
