Details of Saleeby emerged in the days after another CNN producer, John Griffin, was arrested and indicted for raping a 9-year-old child and grooming others.
“He had already been accused of things prior,” said Saleeby in the clip. “But he would make advances if there was a social gathering and they were drunk, put his arms around them, try and touch their leg.”
“Try and build up emails to the level where he would get flirty and inappropriate. I’ll tell you this. In the climate that’s going on now, he definitely would have been fired,” said Saleeby, referring to the #MeToo movement.
It is unclear from the video to whom the individual Saleeby is referring, but he noted that the individual has been working at CNN for 20 years.
“He’s very good at [his job] but he’s creepy.”
