GM vaccines: Humans didn’t learn the lessons from dangers of agricultural GMOs
By Divina Ramirez // Nov 29, 2021

The United States has been rolling out hundreds of thousands of doses of the new COVID-19 vaccines over the past few months. Meanwhile, countries like India are calling for vaccine manufacturers to share their information so that tens of millions more people can become vaccinated against the disease.

It seems as if the world didn't learn from its mistakes. In one of his recent articles, Jon Rappoport, an investigative journalist and independent researcher, pointed out glaring similarities between the new vaccines and genetically modified (GM) crops.

The COVID-19 vaccines are unique in that they are mRNA vaccines. These vaccines "teach" cells how to create a protein or a piece of a protein from the virus that triggers an immune response in preparation for the real thing. So if the real virus comes along, the cells will be able to identify the foreign invader and attack it.

The mRNA is injected into the body, supposedly for protection against the virus. Interestingly, the first generation of GM crops was created in a similar manner. Plants were injected with genes that would allegedly make them more resistant to things like pests and droughts while producing more food.

Though the modification did create hardier plants, it also led to a slew of problems, such as superbugs, superweeds and nutrient-depleted soil. The nutritive value of GM crops diminished as well, and they were more likely to be contaminated with high levels of toxic pesticides, such as Monsanto-Bayer AG's Roundup.

But the impacts of GM crops didn't stop there. The injected genes spread and were eventually detected in non-GM crops, in soil bacteria and even in human gut bacteria.

Similarly, the mRNA from the COVID-19 vaccines seems to be spreading to unvaccinated people. For instance, there have been reports of unvaccinated women who experienced interrupted menstruation, bleeding and miscarriages after coming into contact with vaccinated individuals.

Pfizer itself warned against pregnant women interacting with vaccinated individuals.

Similarities between GM crops and COVID-19 vaccines

GM crops and the COVID-19 vaccines are both imposed on the population by companies reaping huge profits. In order to keep those profits coming in, these companies, sometimes alongside governments, launch campaigns designed to convince farmers to accept GM crops and the general population to accept the vaccine.

Prominent figures like Bill Gates give such campaigns massive visibility worldwide. Gates himself has made it his mission to convince everyone that GM crops and the COVID-19 vaccines will save the world, wrote Rappoport. Gates has also burnt billions of dollars supporting the development of GM crops and GM vaccines.

Because of these campaigns, huge numbers of people in the general public just accept the fake science propping up GM crops and GM vaccines. After all, experts surely know what they are talking about.

But nothing could be further from the truth. In fact, even the staunchest critics of GM vaccines are unaware of or have forgotten about the dangers of GM crops, which aren’t that different from those of GM vaccines. In contrast, most critics of GM crops also fail to realize or are afraid to criticize the dangers of GM vaccines.

Moreover, experts and groups calling on agrochemical companies and vaccine manufacturers to lift their patents are also blithely unaware of just what it is they are asking for, added Rappoport.

Overall, the field of genetic engineering is “filled with liars” claiming that their products are safe and foolproof in spite of studies that show otherwise. “We have everything under control” appears to be the battle cry of vaccine and GM crop researchers, said Rappoport.

“Genetic tinkering is a disaster already happening.” (Related: National Intelligence Council Report warns that genetic engineering poses unprecedented threat to the world.)
