Rittenhouse judge bans left-wing MSNBC reporter from proceedings after network producer tried to reveal identities of jurors
By JD Heyes // Nov 21, 2021

As bad as CNN tilts to the left, the kooks at MSNBC are even worse and now they've made the most-watched judge in the country right now very angry.

On Thursday, Kenosha County Judge Bruce Schoeder banned MSNBC from his courtroom for the duration of the murder trial of Kyle Rittenouse after a network producer reportedly attempted to follow a van that was transporting members of the jury.

The attempt to essentially identify and out jurors where they stay for the night as they have been deliberating this case is particularly egregious given that, like every other high profile event in America these days, the Rittenhouse trial has been gaslit into another potential mass riot event by political partisans on the left who would love nothing more than to see our country burn.

"Reports suggest the producer has been identified as James Morrison, who was stopped by police after running a stoplight while attempting to follow a van used to bring jurors to the courtroom," Conservative Brief reported, adding: "Police in Kenosha said Morrison was 'trying to photograph jurors' and was charged with several traffic violations, police said."

Why? What is the purpose of photographing these jurors? Oh, maybe because they are sequestered and MSNBC, being a political and propaganda outfit under the guise of a 'news network' wants the angry mob to know who they are in the event they 'decide' the 'wrong way' (in this case, to find Rittenhouse not guilty by reason of self-defense, which is what he engaged in the night in question last year in Kenosha -- use of his firearm to defend himself against attackers, one of whom was armed as well).

“I have instructed that no one from MSNBC News will be permitted in this building for the duration of this trial,” Schroeder said after noting that the van has blacked-out windows to prevent jurors from being identified (and isn't it a crying shame it's come to that in our country, the 'land of the free', where we have to hide the identities of jurors to prevent them from being harassed or harmed).

“This is a very serious matter. I don’t know what the ultimate truth of it is … but someone following a jury bus is an extremely serious matter, and will be referred to the proper authorities for further action," Schroeder noted.

The Kenosha Police Department also put out an update:

Conservative Brief adds:

Earlier this week, the defense team for Rittenhouse submitted a request for a mistrial.

The defense had motioned for a mistrial with prejudice alleging that the prosecution withheld drone footage from the night Rittenhouse killed two men and injured another in Kenosha, Wisconsin.

According to The New York Times, defense lawyer Corey Chirafisi made a separate request for a mistrial.

“We didn’t have the quality of evidence that the state had until the case had been closed,” he told Schroeder.

Because the losers who run MSNBC are left-wing propagandists and not journalists, no action will be taken against the offending producer. So let's hope the law in Kenosha does.
