As China tells its citizens to stockpile food due to supply disruptions, Biden regime laughs off Americans’ concerns, mocks them for being too stupid to “understand” food shortages

The Chinese government is run by authoritarian Communists, but one thing is certain: The regime there takes care of its own people when the chips are down.

In America, we had a president recently who did the same thing -- looked after Americans first and foremost -- but he was so hated for doing so that the deep state stole his reelection and installed a mindless twit who has to be told which reporters to call on and apparently can't hold his flatulence around dignitaries.

In recent days, the government in Beijing warned Chinese citizens to prepare for upcoming shortages by stocking up on food and other goods now, according to Bloomberg News:

A statement from China's government urging local authorities to ensure there was adequate food supply during the winter and encouraging people to stock up on some essentials prompted concerned talk online, with people linking it with the widening coronavirus outbreak, a forecast cold snap, or even rising tensions with Taiwan.

The Ministry of Commerce urged local authorities to stabilize prices and ensure supplies of daily necessities including vegetables this winter and next spring, according to a statement Monday evening. Chinese households were also encouraged to stock up on a certain amount of daily necessities in preparation for the winter months or emergencies.

Now, there has been a supply chain crisis brewing in the U.S. throughout the summer, made worse when the Transportation secretary stayed out of his office for months while celebrating the adoption of newborns with his hubby.

But you won't hear any of our current crop of 'leaders' warning Americans to do the same -- stock up in preparation for the coming shortages that are being caused, at this point, by their ineptitude. Rather, all you hear is mocking and derision.

"When NYT reporter Michael Shear asks about the ongoing supply chain crisis, Psaki jokes about 'the tragedy of the treadmill that’s delayed,'" the Washington Free Beacon noted in a mid-October tweet.

While Americans do without, you can bet your last dollar that neither this privileged twit nor anyone else in the Biden regime is going to do without, no matter how bad the supply crisis gets -- and that includes food, by the way.

The Free Beacon noted Oct. 15:

National supply-chain shortages have disrupted meal programs in schools, causing some schools to ask parents to pack food for their children.

Raw foods have been particularly affected by the shortages, according to Randy Jones, who helps coordinate food purchases for Wisconsin schools.

"It's impacting everything from food items, which are common, like, you have your beef, your chicken, and non-food items, such as serving trays and plastic ware, and things of that nature," Jones told Milwaukee's WISN 12.

The outlet reported that other school districts around the country were also experiencing food shortages and asking parents to send their kids to school with food from home.

Biden, meanwhile, doesn't think Americans are smart enough to figure out or "understand" the "complexities" of the supply chain, as Conservative Brief reported on Monday:

President Joe Biden appeared to slam the intelligence of most Americans on Monday by suggesting they aren’t smart enough to figure out or “understand” the supply chain crisis that continues to worsen under his administration.

Biden’s comments came as he was asked during a news conference to respond to criticism from Rep. Abigail Spanberger, D-Va., who said of the party’s progressive-moderate divide over spending: “Nobody elected him to be FDR, they elected him to be normal and stop the chaos.”

“I don’t intend to be anybody but Joe Biden, that’s who I am,” Biden responded. “What I’m trying to do is, do the things I ran on to do, and look, people out there are ordinary, hard-working Americans [who have been] put through the wringer the last couple of years.”

“People are worried,” Biden added while suggesting further that Americans don't get why “the price of agricultural products” has gone up.

“If we were all going out and having lunch together and I said, ‘Let’s ask whoever’s in the next table, no matter what restaurant we’re in, have them explain the supply chain to us.’ Do you think they’d understand what we’re talking about?” Biden said.

What arrogance. What betrayal. What hubris. These people are pathetic.
