In a stunning, whirlwind tour of either stroke side effects or excessive alcohol consumption, Pelosi schooled Joe Biden on "stupid" by rambling about birth baths and "privileged scrub," whatever that means.

She goes on to promise viewers that whatever she says, "There's no bad answer." We still don't know what "privileged scrub" is, but Pelosi seems insistent on discussing it:
