Oregon lawmakers call for federal grand jury investigation into covid fraud
By Ethan Huff // Oct 12, 2021

Several Oregon politicians are seeking a grand jury investigation into the "double-standard exclusively for COVID-19 data collection" that was established in their state for the plandemic.

Oregon's statistical compilation methods violated multiple federal laws and distorted mitigation policies, said Senators Kim Thatcher and Dennis Linthicum in a letter to U.S. Attorney Scott Asphaug.

"Public health policy must be based upon accurate and independently verifiable data to optimize outcomes and strengthen the public's trust in the people leading them through this crisis," the Republican lawmakers added about Oregon's harsh and extensive Chinese Virus restrictions, which are still ongoing.

One of the exhibits attached to their letter depicted a synopsis of allegations, findings and relevant law that implicates Oregon state agencies and "assist[s] grand jury members in orienting themselves to the scope of alleged crimes committed."

Dated August 16, the letter and materials were not released for a full month in order to "protect those involved," announced Stand for Health Freedom (SHF), a holistic medicine and legal non-profit group that is behind the petition effort.

SHF relationship manager Bailey Kuykendoll told Just the News that her group wanted to assess the "accuracy and safety" of the revelations before officially releasing them to the public.

"I'm not sure there has ever been an allegation of government wrongdoing on this scale," Kuykendoll said.

Thatcher and Linthicum are also going after the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), both of which also continue to lie about Chinese Germs in order to keep the ruse going for as long as possible.

Government inflated covid case count to push agenda

Asphaug's office announced on Thursday that it has referred the petition to the Justice Department's Office of Legislative Affairs, though that office did not respond about whether or how it had answered the lawmakers' request.

Thatcher is especially concerned about the fact that even after it was determined that the Fauci Flu is highly survivable, Oregon went ahead and imposed arbitrary restrictions that resulted in an increase of child abuse, mental health problems and suicide.

"I began to really question whether the cure was worse than the disease," said Thatcher, who is well known in Oregon for working at the legislative level to compensate people who have been wrongfully convicted.

For Linthicum, one of the first things that jumped out at him were the "incessant case counts" being reported, which stood in stark contrast to the very few people who were actually getting sick.

Linthicum immediately recognized "confusion, or inaccuracies, or kind of manipulation" with regards to how the numbers were being reported not just for the Wuhan Flu but also for normal seasonal influenza, which all but completely disappeared last year.

"It didn't take long to actually see that the data was being scrubbed or sculpted to fit a narrative," he says.

Prior to the Chinese Flu, the CDC's National Vital Statistics System always recorded infectious disease as a "contributing factor to death" in the presence of pre-existing conditions. This protocol was established back in 2003 in a federal manual.

Now, however, all cases of "covid," anyway, are automatically recorded as the cause of death, which greatly inflated the numbers in order to push an agenda.

PCR tests are inherently fraudulent, designed to create illusion of a "pandemic"

Both the CDC and the FDA also rigged the fraudulent PCR testing protocol to produce many false positives. By tuning the cycle threshold to around 40, which is way too high, almost everyone was testing "positive" for Chinese Germs even if they were perfectly healthy and disease-free.

Even the far-left New York Times published a story last year raising concerns about the PCR cycle threshold standard. The paper recommended 35 or lower as opposed to 40 because upwards of 90 percent of "positives" in at least three states were found to be fraudulent.

Keep in mind that a high cycle threshold of 40 is only used on the "unvaccinated." The "fully vaccinated" are being tested with a cycle threshold of 28, creating the illusion that people who got jabbed are "protected" against infection.

Sin Hang Lee, director of Connecticut's Milford Molecular Diagnostics Laboratory, came out in condemnation of the PCR tests, warning that there are "significant problems" with its "design and calibration."

Calling PCR tests "phony," Lee further explained that they resulted in "unnecessary lockdowns" that crippled the United States economy. He further compared them to HPV tests, which are likewise fraudulent and result in thousands of women a year getting "needless colposcopic (cervical) biopsies."

"... these questionable test results to move the goalposts arbitrarily in defining COVID-19 infections for statistics to cover up various business agendas at the expense of public interest," Lee wrote about the unspecific biotech companies that are using fraudulent PCR tests.
