The demonstrators were not done killing pigs to make their point. In fact, they planned to behead a Yorkshire pig and sacrifice it in the streets in order to “end all police brutality.”
Their murderous plan was foiled by an animal rights activist named Mary McDonald-Lewis, who rescued the abandoned pig on the night it was supposed to be slain. McDonald-Lewis told the Portland Police that the animal was going to be slaughtered by protestors that night.
The pig, named Betty, was found wrapped up in a flower bed near the Portland waterfront. Police officers rescued the pig and took her to a farm sanctuary not long thereafter. One of the officers who helped rescue the pig, Brian Pelster, wrote on Facebook “SAV-N LIVES...ONE HOG AT A TIME !!!” “It’s going to live out its days as kind of a pet,” he added. “It’s not headed to the slaughterhouse.”
The domestic terrorist organization, antifa, continues to pillage the city of Portland. Their tactics are reminiscent of the Islamic State terror network in the mid 2010s, which used beheadings and immolation to further terrorize the world and take power. (Related: Black journalist stabbed in the back at Portland protest was targeted for being conservative.)
Right now, antifa thugs are threatening a federal courthouse in Portland. The rule of law in America is on the brink of being replaced by rule by terror. Portland Mayor Ted Wheeler has condoned the “peaceful protests” and has not put a stop to the nonstop violence and anarchy. Instead, Wheeler has criticized the federal agents who have helped protect people and property in Portland. He has even tried to remove the federal agents from the city. The United Nations has also come to side with antifa too, condemning federal law enforcement instead of denouncing the human and animal rights abuses being committed by domestic terror groups like antifa.
Americans are constantly being told that attacking law enforcement with explosives, lasers, and rocks, while beheading animals in the streets is a peaceful form of protest. The Nation is not buying it anymore.
