The great CNN oxymoronic lawsuit demanding “Free Press”
By S.D. Wells // Nov 13, 2018

This is the epitome of cry-bully journalism on display. In a recent Fox News clip, a former Democratic strategist, author and pundit, Jessica Tarlov, is arguing that Infowars "doctored" the video of CNN top reporter Jim Acosta accosting a White House intern (physically shoving down the woman's arm to keep her from taking the microphone), while she further states that Alex Jones is deservedly banned from several media platforms, including Facebook, YouTube, and Apple (basically because they say he is obnoxious), but at the exact same time, CNN is suing the White House for Freedom of Press, saying the White House violated Acosta's (and CNN's) right to free press, even though Jim Acosta is obnoxious and disruptive to the opposite side of politics. Either they both get banned or neither, but please, make up your mind. Click HERE to watch the Fox News video clip of the cry-bully pundit arguing for Acosta's 1st Amendment rights, while still insisting Alex Jones has none.

The term "cry-bully" began to take shape just a few years back, when liberals began assaulting anyone who disagrees with them on politics, and then crying like babies when someone calls their bluff, makes an intelligent counter debate, or disproves their insane theories. They then say they're being "attacked" and are victims of "hate speech," and those who argue with them at all get banned from all social media and de-funded from any platforms where they earn money from a following of subscribers, or via advertising, such as via PayPal, YouTube, Apple, Pinterest, Spotify, or Instagram.

Alex Jones deprived of 1st Amendment rights due to his temper, "conspiracy theories," and "fake news" – the central platform of CNN

It was CNN LIVE that staged bombings at a satellite CNN studio during the Gulf War. It was a pathetic display of panic just to spread propaganda, get ratings, and throw more sensationalist fodder onto the fire.

It's CNN that has fueled lies and propaganda about the hoax "Trump-Russia-Collusion" conspiracy theory, with zero evidence and an ongoing fake "investigation" run by Obama's trolls and the deep state, which has already wasted millions of dollars, just to have something to talk about for ratings on CNN.

It's CNN that repeatedly demanded that certain journalists from the independent and alternative media be banned from social media, just for exposing CNN's fake news and exposing the fraud and corruption of the Clinton Crime Family and the now infamous Clinton Foundation. Liberty has become a dirty word, thanks to CNN. If you defend the Constitution, they label you a terrorist. Should President Donald J. Trump lose his 1st Amendment rights for calling CNN what they are, fake news, and should he be forever banned on Twitter for the same, all while Jim Acosta delivers fake news in his off-base line of questioning during White House press conferences?

It was CNN that pushed for Alex Jones to lose his 1st Amendment rights, and they got their way. How can they possibly cry the blues when Jim Acosta loses his White House press pass for being obnoxious, abusive to women, and for delivering fake news over and over again? The answer: CNN is a communist network running a socialist agenda that demands everyone obey their commands or lose their inherent American rights. That's how.

Being obnoxious or a conspiracy theorist gives nobody the right to censor your free speech and free press rights

Conspiracy theorists are all over America, but they still have rights. In fact, many conspiracy theories were found out to be true over the past decade or two, only because we have free press, including how social media used to function, and the word got out about certain topics people questioned enough and where they suspected corruption existed. Just look at NSA and the PRISM spy infrastructure. Anyone who said the U.S. government was spying on all its citizens' emails, phone calls, and social media posts was considered a paranoid conspiracy theorist, but then came the Edward Snowden revelations. So, you were saying?

Trump needs to step up and break up the monopoly that's running social media, a free-press platform that's more widespread and popular today than the television and every newspaper put together. Give Alex Jones back his rights, and let Jim Acosta ask more stupid questions at White House press conferences. After all, it's part of their 1st and 5th Amendment rights.
