Deep state FBI agents plotted “media leak strategy” to overthrow Trump using complicit media outlets
By Ethan Huff // Sep 12, 2018

A series of text messages has surfaced showing that former FBI (Federal Bureau of Investigation) agent Peter Strzok and former FBI lawyer Lisa Page, his lover, conspired together to leak anti-Trump stories to the complicit mainstream media in an attempt to overthrow the President.

Recently obtained by the House Oversight Committee, the text messages reveal that the Obama-era FBI assets plotted to unseat President Trump by feeding a steady stream of unverifiable information to the fake news brigade in the months leading up to when Special Counsel Robert Mueller was appointed to oversee the FBI's investigation into the "Russian meddling" conspiracy theory.

Representative Mark Meadows (R-NC), Chairman of the Freedom Caucus Chairman and member of the House Oversight Committee, recently sent a letter to the DOJ (Department of Justice), addressed to Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein, explaining that a "review of the new documents raises grave concerns regarding an apparent systemic culture of media leaking by high-ranking officials at the FBI and DOJ related to ongoing investigations."

As we previously reported, Rep. Meadows, just prior to this, blew the lid on collusion taking place between the FBI and DOJ to seed the mainstream media with fake news stories about President Trump, which were later used as "evidence" to gain FISA warrants on Trump advisor Carter Page (who has no known relation to Lisa Page).

"Review of these new documents suggest a coordinated effort on the part of the FBI and DOJ to release information in the public domain potentially harmful to President Donald Trump's administration," Rep. Meadows added.

Derogatory fake news articles about Carter Page traced back to Peter Strzok and Lisa Page

It's abundantly, clear based on the contents of these text messages, that Peter Strzok and Lisa Page actively communicated with one another about a "media leak strategy" that they intended to be President Trump's downfall.

One example presented by Rep. Meadows was a text message sent from Peter Strzok to Lisa Page on April 10, 2017, just one day before The Washington Post published an article on April 11, 2017, trashing Carter Page.

"I had literally just gone to find this phone to tell you I want to talk to you about media leak strategy with DOJ before you go," the text message stated, verbatim.

Just two days later, after WaPo and another media outlet ran simultaneous hit pieces on Carter Page and the FISA warrants, Peter Strzok sent another text message to Lisa Page congratulating her on a job well done.

"Well done, Page," the message stated.

Keep in mind that various other text messages sent from Peter Strzok to Lisa Page indicated that he had a plan to "stop" President Trump. This would indicate that a conspiracy by corrupt FBI officials to remove a lawfully-elected president had been brewing for quite some time under the Obama administration.

In a congressional testimony, Peter Strzok denied that this "bias" in any way affected his handling of the Trump probe. He was later fired by the DOJ following the release of the scathing and damning Inspector General report.

This latest revelation should prompt the DOJ to turn over more text messages from three other FBI and DOJ officials who may have also communicated with Peter Strzok, Lisa Page, and former FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe.

"In light of the new information, our task force is requesting to review text messages, emails, and written communication from FBI and DOJ officials Stu Evans, Mike Kortan, and Joe Pientka between June 2016 to June 2017," Rep. Meadows wrote in his letter to Rosenstein.

"...these additional documents, with an emphasis on communication between the aforementioned individuals and Peter Strzok, Andrew McCabe, Lisa Page, Bruce Ohr and Andrew Weissmann, would provide critical insight into the backdrop of the Russia investigation."
