More NBC News fakery accuses Trump of tweeting “conspiracy theory” about Antifa provocateur Martin Gugino

The mainstream media is having an increasingly tough time dispelling the “conspiracy theories” being tweeted by President Donald Trump, including Trump’s latest suggestion that a 75-year-old Antifa provocateur may not have been an innocent victim of police abuse after all.

NBC News, for instance, recently published an attempted hit piece against Trump’s tweet claiming that it centered around a “conspiracy theory … that has circulated around fringe, far-right online media in recent days.”

The Trump tweet in question suggested that Martin Gugino of Buffalo, New York, was scanning police communications equipment in order to black it all out while moving his body into a line of police officers who supposedly pushed him. Trump says he watched the footage and Gugino “fell harder than was pushed” while “aiming scanner.”

“Could be a set up?” Trump asked at the end of the tweet, sparking interest among internet sleuths and other truth-seekers to study the footage closely, research who Gugino actually is, and make their own conclusions about the situation apart from the mainstream media’s spoon-fed narrative.

Well, NBC News hates this, which is why it slammed Trump by claiming that he “ripped” the conspiracy suggestion from a segment that aired on the One America News Network, a cable news channel. NBC News also claimed that the theory “was originally posted to an anonymous conservative blog.”

The mainstream media represents the antithesis of honest journalism

As you may have seen, we also covered the “old man” who was “shoved” story from a similar angle, pointing out the fact that the mainstream media’s version of it is questionable at best.

Gugino is a professional agitator who apparently lives to cause trouble. He has bragged on his own blog about how often he gets arrested and escapes prosecution, and his social media pages are loaded with anti-law enforcement sentiments.

There are also legitimate questions about whether or not the “shoving” incident was staged, seeing as how Gugino was the only non-police officer visible near the line of police when he was supposedly pushed to the ground. The person filming the incident also conveniently kept the camera faced away from Gugino as he supposedly struck the ground, only moving it to him after he was lying there with legs crossed.

Rather than take an honest look into any of these anomalies, NBC News instead lumped all questions about the incident into the “conspiracy theory” bin and called it a day. This is the antithesis of honest journalism, and it is the reason why fake news outlets like NBC News are on the decline.

According to NBC News, Gugino was not using a police tracker even though the captured video footage clearly shows that he was. NBC News also insists that there is no “evidence” that Gugino was using Antifa tactics in approaching the police officers before he fell to the ground.

Amazingly, NBC News is also denying that Antifa and Black Lives Matter are causing violence and chaos in cities across America following the news about George Floyd.

“Trump and many of his supporters have claimed with little evidence that antifa has been executing plans to cause unrest and spark violence during recent protests,” the fake news outlet insists.

“Antifa, a loosely organized network of groups that use direct action to confront far-right and fascist groups, in reality has been found to have little involvement with the protests despite rumors circulating online and claims from some law enforcement officials.”

And finally, concerning the Wuhan coronavirus (COVID-19), NBC News is also pushing the narrative that Bill Gates, George Soros, and other globalists are not actually using it for “population control.” According to NBC News, the draconian lockdowns and other thefts of freedom are simply for our own collective benefit.
